Arrived as scheduled.  House looked nice when they were done.

From what I can recall, they were able to come out pretty quickly. It turned out fine and there were no additional costs.

It went great.  He arrived at the designated time to clean the deck.  However, I did have to send an e-mail a week later to return to seal the deck.  He did come the next day and completed the sealing process.  The deck looks great and now I have new deck furniture out so that I can enjoy it.

2 man team using very tall ladders and high pressure power washing equipment thoroughly cleaned vinyl siding and gutters.

They came as scheduled for washing. additional pricing after the groupon discount for the deck only wash seemed a bit high @350 but they did also do the shed ramp and the glider chair as well as lattice underpinning of deck.
My kitchen window was left with streaking from the power washing and after 2 weeks I washed it myself.
it was 3 weeks before they returned and then came without my knowing while I was running errands.
Had I been home I would not have had the pergola stained as there was dried rotten wood which needed replacment prior to staining.
overall I am pleased but would like to have known when the return appointment was before they showed up so that the details of the rotten wood could have been addressed. 

It took about a week to hear back from ASAP after I placed the order through Angie's List, but the woman I talked to on the phone said that this was because they were using a new computer system and my order had gotten lost in the shuffle.  That was the only issue I had.  ASAP showed up promptly the day of the service and their pressure washing was very thorough, the outside of the house looks like new!  Our wooden deck in the back was looking all of its 8 years of age and the dust and pollen both there and in other spots around the house (plus mildew where the sun doesn't hit the house) had been looking rough for the past few years.  But ASAP did a fantastic job pressure washing and I am hard pressed to find  single spot they missed.  I would definitely recommend them and would choose them to pressure was my house again in the future.  They also cleaned the gutters out and did a great job with that too.

Manuel arrived exactly at the time we had arranged. He pressure washed our deck, and, after discussing it with me,  added on staining the deck and pressure washing the house for a reasonable cost.  He not only pressure washed the deck, but a large potting bench on our deck, a wooden sandbox with a deck and a wooden platform outside our storage area, all at no additional cost.  And the extra nice part is when he came back to stain and seal the deck, he also stained and sealed the additional areas.  Even the furniture on our front porch was cleaned.  I was very impressed. 
The only thing I would suggest is that if you use his wonderful company, you might want to protect sensitive plants around your house. A few of my bushes really didn't like the chemicals in the cleaning solution and are looking a little stressed. Hopefully some TLC will bring them back to their former glory.

Communication was not their strong suit.  I still don't know the name of the guy that showed up to do the work - he did not introduce himself.  The first words out of his mouth were to try and sell me cleaning the driveway in addition to the scheduled house power wash.  Next, they connected a hose to the house to fill the large, trailer mounted tank that they brought and used for the service.  This may be standard practice (I have not paid for a power wash before), but again, they did it without asking or any communication.  The service was completed very quickly, but they did it all from the ground.  There were a few areas where that was not adequate (e.g., wasp nests in the eaves).  I pointed them out and, after some hesitation, they got out ladders and finished the job properly.  Overall, I got what I paid for at a fair price, but it was not an "A" experience.

MIGUEL LOPEZ WAS FANTASTIC.  HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE SCOPE TO HELP MY BROTHER.  MY BROTHER SOME HOW STARTED A LEAK ON FRIDAY AND MIGUEL FOUND SOMEONE TO REPAIR IT AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH THE JOB.  OUTSTANDING SERVICE

It went very well and we were very happy. They were slow to respond to emails or phone calls - it took about a day. They showed up very early to the appointment.

Arrived as scheduled. Some discussion as to overage due to size of job (>2000 ft square). Asked them to focus on rear screened in porch and front porch. Both results were excellent. Added 50% tip due to overage and quality of results.

It was a routine experience, and they did the job as specified in the deal.  As far as I can recall, they showed on time, and it was easy to schedule the service too.

The deck looked so nice after they were finished that I wish I could afford to do my fence.  It looked brand new.

ASAP was able to schedule the work on a short notice. They arrived when they said they would.

Very Professional, moved the potted plants and picnic table on the deck.

They did a very good job. Spent the time to make sure every thing was cleaned properly. Cleaned up after they were done.

I will use them again. Their prices are very reasonable.

The deck was pressure washed but the deck was not stained because of the type of stain that was on there before was the paint type.  I don't consider this a deal because I have several pressure wash companies that will do the job for $100.  What was done was not worth what I paid and not especially not the bargain that was promised.

got the job done quickly with minimum of mess. Some stain on the siding of the house.  Cleaned up all of their gear after completing the job.
