It went extremely well. I had many quotes come in well above 6,000 - with no guarantee that the price would not go higher. Duplex was only 18 inches off the ground, so there was a great deal of cramped, tight work. I was very impressed with the work ethic and the knowledge of Mr. Arguilo and his son. It is a small operation, but legitimate, with full permits and licenses. You wont find a better price. Sometimes the small guys can take the time to do the tricky jobs that most people don't want.
