I was able to get on his schedule quickly. When he arrived, he introduced himself to me and began to diagnose the situation. He quickly concluded why my unit was not cooling and began working on the issue right away. He did not leave until he tested the units and the air flow inside my home. He even checked in with me over the next couple of days to make sure my unit was working properly and to make sure I was happy with the service.
