Peter and RJ worked efficiently right from the start. They removed the old tankless water heater and mounted the new one. Then, modified and replaced the old gas and water pipes and fittings as necessary to connect the new unit. They were in and out in about 4hrs with no major issues. They did have one minor issue with the outdoor exhaust housing not fitting but performed a work-around to insure the unit would work properly while waiting for the replacement part to come in. When it arrived, roughly a week later, Peter came right out and installed the hood. The technicians were a good team, polite and personable and I was pleased with the finished installation.

Second time I called upon Air Experts & I’m glad. Will Moreno did a great job explaining what & why needed repairing, called in for the part & got it done the day after the holiday. We didn’t even have to suffer without any AC in the heat waiting for the repair. Will call them again & again!

I called Air Experts at 7:30 am on a Friday morning and they were here by 10:30! I was so concerned that I might have to wait a weekend in this 90 degree weather before I would be able to get an appointment but because Air Experts is so large, they have 45 techs that service the area, they were able to send a seasoned technician pretty quickly. And he had the parts on the truck to fix it on the spot. He was very thorough in explaining the problems and how they would be fixed and the cost wasn't out of line at all. I would highly recommend Air Experts during this hot summer temperatures!

Was assured by the representative on the phone that repairman would have the necessary part for my water heater when he arrived. He arrived without the part, quoted an exorbitent price to fix it, tried to sell me a new water heater, and charged $79 for the info. Called another service an had it repaired for less than half Air Experts quoted price. Works great now.

I've done business with Air Experts for well over 10 years from installation of a replacement system in our previous house followed by regular service and service in our new house. We're on the annual maintenance plan. Techs arrive on time, are neat, take care of the maintenance efficiently, explain what was done and handle the paperwork quickly. Got everything done and did a recap for us. I've joined the protection plan so they will come out twice a year and service it before summer & winter
