First came in May and didn't find what the problem was. Thenn returned about a week later and found the problem and were able to fix it. It was a bad control board.

Technician was on-time, friendly, and professional. He provided the basic maintenance that comes with an annual check.

He was very professional, efficient and very patient and personable explaining what my AC unit needed. He serviced the unit immediately and charged a reasonable price, and without any form of exaggeration such as one sometimes experience with home repairs. He did what we both agreed was necessary to get my AC back to excellent service. I am extremely pleased the quality of service I received from Air Experts and with Kim.

He did explain step by step what he would be doing. Aside from showing him around the rest he took care of. Thank you Curtis for your great work and detailed report with explanation. We hope to see you again for routine maintenance with our HVAC.

The technician arrived on time. He checked the equipment upstairs and the outside air conditioning unit. He recommended that the capacitor be replaced since it was not operating at the level it should be. Since the capacitor is utilized for both heating and air conditioning, I had it replaced at what I consider a reasonable price. The technician wore booties over his shoes while in the house to keep the floors clean. He was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. I will definitely use Air Experts again.

They were okay. They had to comeback out a second and third time to fix the unit. The scheduling was fine.

AC unit was not blowing cold air. Tech arrived and was on time. Did some initial testing and found the r22 to be low. tech offered multiple options given the circumstances. Chose to have more r22 added which was done in a few minutes. Was back up and working in under and hour after he arrived.

We took advantage of Angie's List coupon and had Air Experts come out and check out a problem with furnace not coming on in our home. This service call would have otherwise cost us $89 and we therefore saved a bundle. It was an easy fix and was done within 15 minutes. Absolutely I will have Air Experts come out for any future problems.

Kyle was punctual and very professional. He had to make a special trip to Lowe's to get a part to complete the job. Very pleasant and thorough. Will be exercising an annual maintenance with Air Experts.

Fantastic! Originally they couldn't get me an appointment until the next morning, but told me they would call me if something opened up. Luckily it did and by 4pm my air was fixed. Just a capacitor replacement, but Kyle, my tech was very fast, very efficient and told me exactly what was going on! I highly recommend them!

I called Air Experts on Saturday evening. My air conditioner had become clogged and backed up to the point where the drain pan had overflowed. They called back within 30 minutes and scheduled me for mid-day on Sunday, with NO EXTRA CHARGE for WEEKENDS. Kyle arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. He fixed the issue within an hour and advised me of a relatively inexpensive item to avoid the issue in the future. I was very pleased.
