"Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm sorry to read about the issues with the technician recommending a new system. When they come out, they'll go over the AC or heating system and not only fix the immediate issue but also give recommendations based on their findings. It was not the technicians intention to be pushy and he regrets that it came across that way. His intention was to provide enough information about the status of your HVAC equipment to allow you to make an informed decision about your home comfort needs. I'm also sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding the free estimate. We offer free estimates on replacement systems. The office will go over the repair service fee prior to booking an appointment. That service fee, and any needed HVAC repairs, are reduced when you purchase a maintenance agreement. I'm glad that we were able to come out and quickly repair the AC system for you but regret that we weren't able to continue maintenance on the equipment to keep them running as long and as efficiently as possible. "Thank you for taking the time to review our company, although we hate to hear it is an unfavorable review. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we did want to review your visit; On 11/07/18 the technician found no issues when she was out for the maintenance heat check. When another technician was out for service on 11/28/18 and found the zone damper motor had failed. The technical had even noted on a previous ticket that the system has old style zone motors. The technician did explain that when we do the maintenance we turn the system on and off at the thermostats and obviously the zones were working at that time and had since failed. We didn't install the system or zone system either. It's not something that can always be foreseen unfortunately. We also discounted the service call as well for the visit. We apologize for the inconvenience and your disappointment but we strive to do our best and took all the proper steps we could for your appointments. Thank you again!"
