No problems, the repair was delayed one day, the shop was closed before the repairman could pick-up the part and return to my home.

I was very disappointed in the front office. Three separate times I was told to expect a call back when a part was ordered to confirm an appointment time and each time I had to call days later to be told they were "still working it". One time they claimed they called and didn't - the other 2 times they said they just forgot. I got the sense they had no interest in completing the work. Each time I called I was told "we are very busy"... It took them almost 3 weeks to fix the unit. The actual technician that came to the house (Kyle) did a great job, and was extremely responsive. No issue with the work, just a huge issue with their customer service. The technician did apologize, and was able to work with me a bit on the final price which was appreciated.

Arrived early after his office called to confirm that he could arrive early, diagnosed the problem, called his parts warehouse to verify availability, went picked up and then installed the needed parts in about 2 hours. Good service and a reasonable price.

As I indicated, the technican, Curtis, was excellent. He seemed to be geared toward excellent customer service. Very prompt, courteous,and thorough. I signed a yearly contact with them and will monitor.

After seeing that we had no refrigerant in one of our units he started throwing out horrifying numbers regarding leak checks, the cost of refrigerant (which was over $100 for the first lb, and then still over $100 for additional lbs...) and the cost work to fix any leaks. He said we were looking at easily over $2,000 for the work and our unit is only 5 years old. These numbers were obviously meant to scare us as he immediately jumped into pushing us towards a new system. This is after being in our house for 5 minutes! He asked us if we wanted him to schedule us for a new system quote! To finish off this experience he asked us if we would leave him an Angie's list review because if he gets a good review he gets $20 dollars.

Curtis was pleasant, professional & proficient. Based on his service & knowledge, I decided to purchase an annual maintenance agreement. I would happily recommend Air Experts for HVAC service or repairs.

He inspected my furnace , and stated that I did not need to order any parts.

The service technician Curtis arrived on time and performed a check of the 3 systems. He explained in detail all of the problems he discovered during the inspection. The expected 3 hour service turned into a 6 and 1/2 hour repair. Curtis was extremely professional and made sure everything was in working order before he left.

Service technicians were very knowledgeable and professional while servicing my AC and Heating Units. They provided me with very informative maintenance procedures and would use the company in the future.

Guy was knowledgeable and efficient. He only fixed the problem needed and did not try to sell us a new unit!

The gentleman analized the system, eliminated several possible areas and was able to identify the source of the problem.

Arrived on time and also called before arriving to notify me he was close by. Upon finishing his work, the very professional technician Chris, recommended some very much needed repairs which were warranted since the units are very old. The price quoted were acceptable and we OKed the work. Like mentioned above he was very professional, efficient and nice. I am planning on hiring them again.

That was good. They're always very professional and I appreciate that but the problem was that they're late. I actually expect them to be here by 8 so they got to work it out.

My heater was not powering on. It turned out the gas line to the heater was in the off position. He turned it on and all was well. His name is Matthew and he was awesome.

The service was excellent. Jason the serviceman was awesome. He was running ahead of schedule and gave me the option of coming in earlier. This worked out quite well for me. He was punctual, trustworthy and professional. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions immediately. I have nothing bad to say about my first experience with this company.

The provider came out to service an our upstairs heat pump which was not cooling. The service agent, Matt was very courteously and knowledgeably explained that the unit had a significant leak and that repairing it would cost a significant portion of the cost of replacing it. He also helped us understand that our old unit used the discontinued coolant and given it's age and quality level it would be more worthwhile to consider replacing it. The scheduled then sent their project manager out at a convenient time. Dave came out and spent time to explain our options and recommended a better quality unit at a good price and he even arranged to have it put in the next day, despite the late hour. The installers arrived the next morning, and by later that day everything was running smoothly. We can tell the difference in quality of unit already by the way it's running. They even refunded the cost of the original service call for the old unit since we opted for replacement. This is an example of what "A" level service really is....we highly recommend them.

**SEE UPDATE BELOW*** I received an email with the available date for service, replied back and set it up for 4/23/14 between 400-600pm. At 400pm, I got a call saying the tech was on his way, he arrived shortly afterwards. David was very polite and personable, as well as respectful of my home. I watched the entire process (yes, I've seen way too much Dateline on TV), he explained every step of the process to me and told me to ask as many questions as I needed. He found two items that the readings were a little out of the 'normal' range, showed me what the readings were and explained what they should be. He suggested that those two items should be replaced, explained to me what they were responsible for within the unit, but he didn't pressure me to purchase the replacement parts. As he was finishing up the maintenance check, I asked the pricing of the 2 items.......... he gave me the pricing, he checked to see if he had the parts in his van, and did the work for me. Great overall experience..........would definitely use them again. ***UPDATE 7/5/14: Well, a lot happened after this rave review....4 weeks after the "Tune Up", My A/C went out completely. Called Air Experts, David came back out the same day. This time, Mr Personality was definitely "Mr Attitude". After stomping around for an hour, he determined that my blower motor went out, he would order one and bring it back the next day. He also noted "Your thermostat needs to be replaced, I'll bring one tomorrow and throw that in for free". He came the next day, put in the blower motor and brought me the invoice to sign and pay for. I asked about the thermostat, he said "you'll need one before you turn on your heat for the first time, so i'll change that out in the fall with your next tune up". I thought that was odd..... He also said he was "pretty sure" he had fixed it but wasn't 100% sure, also thought that was odd. 4 weeks later, no A/C again. So I called another company. I had a friend that does HVAC on the phone (lives 2 hours away) and the new tech working on it together....it was a low voltage short that both guys said was caused by Air Experts. Took 3 more visits to figure out where the short was, using trial and error. 5 times in June I had no A/C because this guy had a bad day and stripped the wires. He knew exactly what he did.....When the unit got hot, the wires expanded and shorted it out. Finally got it fixed, then called back to Air Experts and explained the episodes to the Manager. He immediately credited me for $675....and apologized profusely. I'm very happy I called, he seemed to agree from the symptoms that his guy had shorted out the unit.

Air Experts Heating & Cooling was very professional, prompt, on time, and personable. I haven't had any trouble since the service so their work is good quality. I will use them again.

Showed up outside of their business hours to take a look at the AC unit. Provided feedback and information at a very affordable price. No problems with them at all! I'd hire them again for sure.

I was provided advice on maintenance and given an estimate on some work that needs to be done. A second opinion on the work came in agreement and at a higher cost, so will likely use the Air Experts for the work.

It was excellent! They are always professional and nice to deal with. I have hired them for semi-annual checks on our HVAC systems. They always did a good job and explained things thoroughly. Last year they installed two new systems. My daughter expects to complete the Big Deal by the end of the month.

Great. When he got here we found out that we had 3 units, not two, to be inspected. He did the service on the on the third unit for the Angie's List price. One unit required freon which he put in. He spent a lot of time showing my husband what he was doing, what he was looking for, and how to watch for problems. Very professional and knowledgable.

Everything was done professionally and promptly. Technician was courteous and helpful.
