Provider had great communication right from the first contact. This provider was very easy to do business with. On the day of the schedule work, the provider was running late. The provider called as a courtesy to let us know, which was great. The service person that came to our home was very nice, and professional. They did a great job.

Technician was prompt. Technician was courteous and very thorough with his troubleshooting process. Recommendation was honest. Technician was professional, patient, and polite.

Curtis arrived on time and reconfirmed the leaking check. What he did for us but no others had done before is to find out that our leaking coil is still under the warranty. That will save us a bunch to fix the problem. Wonderful work!

Everything went well and we were very pleased. They came and opened up the system to see what was wrong, however they were not able to fix all the issues. They gave us a quote of the work they were able to do, but we didn't end up going with them for the job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. They told me that I needed to replace the air conditioner. They gave me a quote but it wasn't as good as another company that I used. Their price was competitive but it was higher. I connected better with the sales guy at the other company. This guy seemed a little aggressive in trying to make the deal. I would consider using them in the future.

We bought a spring tune up deal through Angie,s List. Both units were working, but our service technician [Kyle] found some problems that needed attention. Kyle sat down with us and explained what he found and what he recommended we do. The downstairs unit had mold and mildew inside the air handler, and some of the flexible ducts were damaged and the disconnect was fused together. The upstairs unit need a capacitor and contacts. The suggested repairs and upgrades would cost over a $1,000.00. We were not sure we wanted to put that much money into the old units, so we asked about replacement options. Kyle put us in touch with Dave Hepner who evaluated our two systems and how we used them. Because our master bedroom and bath are on the first floor, that unit was more important than the upstairs system. Dave suggested we repair the upstairs unit and add a media filter. He said we could still get a few more years service out of that unit if we serviced and maintained it. Dave recommended we replace the downstairs unit with a more efficient Lennox system that included a media filter and UV light. The media filter and UV light would prevent mold and mildew in the air handler in the crawl space. We elected to repair the upstairs unit and replace the downstairs unit and have the downstairs ducts sealed. Richard and Adolpho were able to do the repairs and install the new unit two days later. Ron Eichas came by a few days later to replace and reseal a damaged flexible duct and finish the outside drain. Lisa Lehman and Megan Moraites took care of the permits, billing, warranty and energy credit paper work and kept us informed about scheduling and appointments. Everyone that we dealt with at Air Experts were very nice and easy to deal with. Everything was done on time and as promised. We highly recommend Air Experts, and we will continue to call them for service and maintenance.

All went well and I know who to contact in the future if the issue returns

Air Experts responded to our HVAC issues on a Sunday morning. They were booked for the day and let me know if they have a cancellation, they would send someone out, but scheduled me for Monday anyways. Well a cancellation occurred and a tech came Sunday evening. He diagnosed a blown fuse and a short, and repaired it efficiently. Always will call them.

Curtis from Air Experts came out to check out our AC which had stopped blowing cold air. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had it repaired within an hour. Our home is eight years old so we also signed up for a biannual service to ensure we stay in front of the expensive repairs that are sure to come. Curtis was an excellent tech. He was pleasant, polite and professional. We'll definitely be asking for him when we need any other HVAC work done in the future. The cost for the repair was $145 and the service agreement was $189. Angie's List Special - Diagnostic fee $29. Grand Total $343. I felt this was a very fair price. I made the call to Air Experts at 9am, Curtis showed up at 12pm and was done and wrapped up by 1pm. Considering this was all done on the same day, I'm very satisfied!!

I cannot say enough positive things regarding the experience with Air Experts. From the initial the meeting when we were provided with an Estimate on the spot, through the installation, each of their representatives were very helpful, knowledgeable, technically competent and, while focused on their work, always willing to take the extra step. Whether we were dealing with customer service reps on the phone, the Project Manager giving the estimate, or the installers, it was very clear their number one focus is "pleasing the customer." Bottom line, the pricing was fair..........and the quality of their work was excellent.

Curtis was sent to PM my A/C unit for the season. He was AMAZING! He not only checked everything, he also vacuumed and washed out the inside of my unit. He then used a polishing cloth on the unit to make it sparkle like new. In addition, he thoroughly checked the blower unit under the house and tested the temp inside through my thermostat. He was at my house nearly 2 hours completing his tests and cleaning. My unit is only 4 years old so it wasn't decrepit or anything. Through his complete inspection, he discovered that my dual run capacitor is running low. That translates later on as to the blower not being able to blow, which he explained in detail. That notice prompted me to make a call to my extended warranty coverage insurer who said that repair will be fully covered under my warranty. Service on that is scheduled for next week. Thank you Curtis for providing me with the best PM service my home has ever received. I'm keeping your name for next year's service. You are an exceptional worker that Air Experts should be very proud of. Thank YOU again!!

Well, Kyle was able to arrive ahead of schedule. His office called to make sure the time was good for us. We were greatful. He came in and got to work quickly and found we had no freon and let me know the steps of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. We now have our write-up on what needs to be done to get us up and running again. Kyle, thanks alot guy.

Prompt service by a trained professional, was satisfied with the work performed although a bit pricy. I am considering adding a heat pump to service a new sun room and have solicited Air Experts to provide an proposal.

Curtis, was excellent. Very professional, thorough and personable. He arrived even a little early and took the time to do an excellent job. I would want Curtis to return anytime. Air Experts has been a solid company to do business with.

The service was horrible. When I called they said they could not come out the same day and if I wanted same day service I would have to pay $80. He quoted the service I needed tremendously high. He also tried to sell me on replacing the whole unit- up to $6000. I got a second opinion from another opinion who stated otherwise. To this day I still do not have the invoice for the service. They were very dishonest.

Great! Called to get the diagnostic deal. They stilled honored it even through the phone. They were scheduled to come between 6pm to 8pm. They called around noon to say an openning between 4 and 6 came up. Jason (technician) opened the heat pump casing and was able to diagnoisis the problem in 2 seconds. It was a bad compacitor. Changed it and checked everything else. The diagnostic charge was about $29 and the compacitor was $171 (about $200 total). I decided to put them( gaspack and heat pump) on service contract. He said originally it would be $279 (for both twice a year). I asked for a discount and got it for $249. I was very impressed.

So far, all is well. We were told we should replace the heat pump unit. We got a quote but decided to delay replacement as it costs over $6,000 to replace. We'll just run with the repairs until we have to take further measures.

He is a great guy, and honest. He made good suggestions.

Went well for the most part. Very good price, installation people were extremely professional. We did have some glitches with the paperwork, but the office staff went out of their way to address and fix those.

The service turned out great. They were friendly, easy to deal with, they scheduled it right away, and they were very responsive as soon as I sent them an email. They seemed to be very knowledgeable, and identified one other issue I had with the system, and took care of it the same day. I had purchased the same big deal a couple of years ago, and the guy noticed that the capacitor, which helps start the air conditioning unit up, and takes some of the ease off the compressor was not up to the standard of the unit that I had. I had them replace that as well, because two guys from the same company had pointed it out 2 years apart.

The serviceman was friendly and informative, and didn't mind my questions as he worked. We were wondering about replacing our system since it's fairly old, but he said it was running great for such old units. Really appreciated getting the straight story on that, and the prompt, smooth service. Would love to consider using them again - got this as a $55 seasonal tune-up.

The technician came out to perform a tune-up of the HVAC system, but it was not working at the time. The price to perform the service was just $49, which I think is very good given the amount of time required. The company was very responsive in terms of getting back to me to set up the appointment, and the technician arrived within the 2 hour window that was specified. The technician put in an honest attempt to determine why the HVAC system would not turn on and even tried jumping across relays directly to the blower motor without any success. He said that the air handler was very old and that it could be possible to track down the source of the problem, but his honest opinion was that it was probably best to think about total replacement. I then had a friend of mine who works for a different HVAC contractor take a look at the system, and he said that that there wasn't any power going to the air handler and the problem was probably at the electrical panel. Sure enough, I pulled off the cover to the panel and saw that the breaker serving the air handler had shorted out. I replaced the breaker (a $30 part) myself, and that fixed the problem, at least for now. To be fair, the air handler is VERY old and the furnace with which it is associated is electric and it is probably best to replace this with a gas furnace in the very near future, so I do not fault the technician for offering that assessment. However, not discovering a shorted out breaker is something that seems pretty basic to me. Granted, I didn't happen to consider it until my friend suggested the possibility to me, but this seems like something that a professional HVAC technician should have been able to do. As such, I think the quality deserves and 'F' for failing to catch a very basic problem, and I would say this makes the technician slightly less than fully 'professional,' which is why the professionalism score is a 'B.' Taken together, this averages out to a 'C' overall.

The service tech was running late due to a repair at the previous job. Air Experts called me to advise of the delay and the tech arrived exactly at the estimated new time. Kyle (Service Tech) was wonderful. He was very professional, and friendly. He wore shoe protectors to keep from getting my floors dirty. He also had a ladder which was great because my unit is in the attic and I do not have stairs to lead to attic. Sometimes contractors have come without a ladder, so I was very impressed with the fact that he had one. Kyle even took the time to share that he noticed something was off with my tankless water heater and recommended that I get a plumber out to look at it. I call this a value added service. The price point was good due to being an Angie's List Special.

Excellent service and the technician was very thorough. Easy to schedule and great communication.
