The tech David arrived within the window provided and was very friendly. I didn't realize how thorough the tune-up service was when we originally bought it, but David also looked at our 2 furnaces to ensure everything was working properly together, that the units turned on properly, could adjust to changes, etc. Of course, to do a full cleaning/tune-up of the furnace, it would require purchasing additional deals (which we have already decided we'll do come fall), but it was nice to know that he was doing more than just hosing off the outside units. Our units are original to the home (21 years!) and are still kicking, but they've have had plenty of little hiccups this past year, so we have become intimately engaged with all of the workings of HVAC units. To our surprise, David noticed things right off the bat that several other technicians from several companies never noticed, or flat out lied about; he was very knowledgeable, and all of his suggestions were very helpful. We plan on purchasing additional tune-ups, and will be coming back to Air Experts when the time comes for new HVAC units.

I have a couple calls into them and they have not contacted me. I used the Angie's List scheduling tool to provide them with three tentative dates. This has been a disappointing experience so far.

This was for a rental property. The tech called me to let us know that the air filters needed to be changed. However, a month later, we got a call from the rental management company about a problem with the A/C. The drain had backed up again, and had to be realigned for proper drainage. I wish that the Air Expert technician had mentioned this to us, and recommended a correction to this problem.

I called and was given an appointment time of 11-1 on a Saturday. The repair man (I didn't get his name!!!) was prompt and arrived right at 11 AM. He came into my home, taking shoes off first, and assessed my problem immediately. He saw some misconfigured wiring in addition to the clogged drain. He was in and out in less that 30 minutes, repairing the drain and the wiring. Extremely kind and professional and honest. I would use them again without hesitation and would recommend them. I plan to use Air Experts to regularly service my units!

The service worked out great. The guy that came in my house is very great, very informative and he didn't try to oversell me on anything. He was very honest and he is great.

Kyle the HVAC technician performed a diagnostics on my heat pump. He located the problem and presented options for repair. He arrived on time, was professional from beginning to end and did not pressure or try to upsell. I am 100% satisfied with this service engagement.

The service did not turn out well. They were looking for problems to charge me for a new system. I felt like they were trying to upsell me. They gave me an estimate for about $3-4000 because they noticed a leak. The technicians who came out seemed to know what they were doing, however. Scheduling was not an issue.

It went really well. Dylan arrived exactly when I'd been told, and he was thorough, courteous, helpful and respectful of our home and property at all times. He took around 3 hours to do our 1200 sq ft house. He used a specialized rotating brush vacuum, which I'm sure did a great job. He checked out the roof space and the crawl space. He also took a look at the general condition of our a/c compressor outside and made a couple of recommendations for DIY cleaning. I was very impressed by the service I received - very competent and professional. I would certainly consider hiring Air Experts again when the need arises.

The tech arrived and was very friendly. He worked for several hours installing the unit on my main hybrid heat pump air handler. He was very thorough and showed me the humidistat control he had installed behind the air filter on one of the air returns in the house. He went over operation and the required annual maintenance of the unit. His work appeared to be well done and clean. The unit installed was a premium level humidifier.

It was fine. They did the AC and heating tuneup separate because of the weather. I didn't spend anything extra. They were very polite, they came on time, they did their work and everything seems to be working fine. They did a good job.

I received a call from Air Experts an hour before the scheduled 2:00-4:00 window to notify me that Kyle was able to arrive 30 minutes prior to the stated time. That worked to my advantage, and Kyle was at my house by 1:25. He was polite and professional. He showed and explained to me every step in his analysis process of my AC and furnace systems and left me a written quote for exactly what it would cost to do repairs to a 14-year-old system. We talked generally about replacement options, and he stated that he would have an Air Experts sales rep call me to schedule a time to go over our purchase options. At no time did feel as though I was being "sold." He indicated that he would be the technician to do the repairs if we went that route, and that he would be happy to get our current system up and running to its maximum efficiency. Otherwise, Air Experts would contact me to schedule a visit by a sales rep. The invoice he left with me was thorough and understandable.

Dave spent a lot of time going over the options. He was very knowledgeable about what the equipment could do and 3rd party reports on reliability and performance. He is a good salesman with lots of follow up and was very responsive in scheduling the installation. He brings a collection of quotes from competitors for different jobs to show that Air Experts will beat other prices, and his price was better than the other quotes I had received. We were able to do communicate afterwards by email and text which was convenient. The two guys who did the install were very good. They did not make a mess and left the attic area tidy when complete. No scratches on the walls or floors up to the attic. The system is nicely "finished" with tape to seal all the seams. Everything is level and they redid the drainage pipes to work better and be more tidy. The outside unit was behind some bushes and a bit of a wiggle to get in, but there was no damage to the plants during installation.

Arrived on time. Had similar diagnosis to previous provider. Similar cost to previous provider to fix the issue. Nice coupon from Angie's List provided a discount on the diagnosis (~$25 instead of $89).

Extremely professional and courteous. The delivered what they promised.

I wish I could give you all the details, but I don't exactly understand them. What I do understand, however, is that we built this house two years ago and for the last year our air conditioning unit that services the master bedroom, bath and closet hasn't gotten cool enough. (My husband likes it one step above igloo.) We have had the company who installed the unit out twice to fix it and both times they found what they thought was the issue, fixed that issue, but never got it to cool correctly. I gave up on them and decided to try Air Experts. I was given a Friday appointment from 4p.m. to 6p.m. and thought they would never show, but Kyle, the service tech, showed up just before six. Luckily my husband was able to tell him what the other two service people had done and Kyle listened. It took about 45 minutes to diagnose the actual problem, and about another hour and a half to fix it, but my husband is cool as a cucumber and I have on thick socks, which in our house seems to be the way things should be. I'm very pleased.

He showed up at 1:00 PM. The window was 1:00-3:00. He figured out the problem and saved me a lot of money. ARS said an expensive part was broken and was trying to upsell me on a new unit. Thanks to Curtis my 8 year old system is still going strong. He identified that ARS had improperly installed the uni,t and it was not level. Makes sense that this unit has been a problem every year.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He gave me advice on the filter in the a/c unit which was useful.

Curtis was great-very professional, friendly, provide me with all of the details I needed regarding my AC unit. He made recommendations but was not pushy about selling me anything. I will call these guys again in the fall to check out my furnace.

The first visit was to diagnose the problem. The phone call for the appointment was very efficient and customer centric. The technician arrived during the designated time period. He was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He listened to the complicated complaints that I had about the system with genuine concern. He diagnosed the issue pretty quickly. We needed to replace the damper motor. He gave us a quote and we paid for the repair. The date the repair was scheduled they returned. Punctual again. The repair happened pretty quickly and the technician left. I noticed that the air wasn't working as well and had to call them to return. A different technician came on the final visit. I felt that he did not listen as well to me. The history of the repairs that we have had to make on this unit is long. Since I'm not an Air Expert I have no idea which parts of the story are important so I just tell the whole story. The technician seemed rushed. He did not ask where the damper system was located. He asked to go into the attic. I thought he wanted to see the upstairs duct work so I had to wake my son from his nap. I finally asked what he wanted to see. He said the damper system and I said it was under the house. So we made our way back downstairs (unfortunately by this point my napping son had already been awakened). He was able to determine the issue. A thermostat on the unit was set too high. He turned it down and my entire system has finally been functioning right! He did not charge me for this visit. The Air Experts were overall very professional, pleasant, and priced right. The second technician could have communicated a little better, but we all have our off days!

Service man was punctual and very thorough in his examination. He also offered a small discount for replacing a new heater.

The service turned out good. I was happy with the service. It was a prompt service and I have no issues at all.
