It went good. He arrived late in the day on the same day we made call. Scott gave alot of detail to what he did in the repair so we could drain the washer if this issue happens again. Paid a little more than I expected based on our old repairman's work. I could not contact our old repairman.

Tech was able to determine the problem was due to a failed temp sensor. He had the appropriate part on hand, as was able to complete the repair quickly and professionally.

He was cost conscious for us. He gave us suggestions on things we could do before he fixed it.

GE wall oven repeatedly flashed an error message. Followed the troubleshooting instructions, but couldn't get it to work. I am covered under a service contract and the contact put me in touch with Aardvark. Had the model & serial #s to them within 24 hours. I was able to confirm the replacement control panel was received. Original service call Oct 20, confirmed receipt of control panel Oct 30. Today is Dec 8 and the panel still has not been installed. Aardvark will routinely not answer voice messages or email, whether from me or the service contractor. When I get a message, it is along the lines of "I can be at your house in an hour" or "I'm in the neighborhood", with a total disregard that my spouse and I both work. On the one occasion Aardvark made an advance appointment, it was without asking me. When I stayed home to meet the serviceman, he didn't show. I called him, said he'd be by shortly and still didn't show. Don't know how this will get resolved, but I'll do my best to assure it isn't through Aardvark.
