A H Plumbing was fine. It's been awhile, I don't remember too much. Our cut-off valve is under the crawl space in the front of the house, you have to go in the crawl space and then to the front of the house from the back to get to it. You're supposed to have a cut-off valve in the house and they were talking of putting it under the sink. They gave me 2 suggestions and I thought that in the sink. Since they've been here, we have renovated most all of the house and we have a cut-off valve right now, is just roughed in the broom closet in the kitchen. As far as I'm concerned, I will go back to them. They came out but it was a week before they can come out.

They were excellent. I like them and I have recommended them to others. They were professional, clean, respectful, courteous, and prompt. They were running a little late but, they called before hand to let me know.

Mike and his team showed up on time and were very professional. They showed me where the water cut off was (I didn't know previously) and provided me with options for addressing my aging water heater. The fixed a couple of toilet flappers as well. I felt he was knowledgeable and helpful and he did not pressure me at all into buying additional work. He provided estimates, and so I can choose to do whatever I'd like.

The service was fine. However, they did try to up-sell me on a few things. There was an unsolicited attempt to sell me products I was not interested in and I felt a bit uncomfortable.

"Thank you for your review. Please remember the plumbing inspection was part of the coupon you bought. We didn't find anything beside the fact that your water has a low pH, which you already knew. You asked us for an estimate for a neutralizer. We only did what you asked. I'm sorry we made you feel uncomfortable. Please email us with any suggests to help serve members better in the future. Looking at your invoice we didn't offer you nothing but the neutralizer you asked for. If there was anything else the tech offered you please let us knows"

It took several trys to come up with a mutual day to perform the service - but - worth the wait. I used Michael's special $50 big deal offer. If I need a plumber again I will definitely use Michael - I now have a "go to plumber" added to my growing list of essential workmen needed to keep a house together.

As usual, he arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgable, did the work efficiently, and was very pleasant. He had previously come to repair a leak in an upstairs shower; had to come back 2 more times as the first fix did not work. AH Plumbing is the best that we have ever used. We highly recommend them.

Michael came out and inspected all the toilets. He did the tune-up service for all of them. He found that some of the seals in the tanks were old and worn, so he also replaced those while he was here. For a few days after our service we did notice a musty smell in one of the bathrooms. We gave all the surfaces a thorough cleaning, and drained the toilet tank, cleaned it, and refilled it again. After that the smell went away. Overall we were pretty happy with the service and would use A.H. Plumbing again.

Prompt communication to established appointment and answered questions via email. Appointment arranged quickly. Courtesy call received 15 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on time. Very professional and thorough in evaluation. Mike provided recommendations and options to complete work and answered my questions so I could understand the problems. He and his co-worker were efficient with repairs and careful to keep the floors and surrounding areas clean. I would definitely use the company again and have already given the name to one of my friends.

Two people called about half an hour before arriving, arrived on time, performed their work and cleaned up. They pointed out the need to replace washer hoses and provided hints to minimize future water damage. They were professional with no pressure to buy additional services.

The entire enterprize went very well. They arrived on time, checked the status of our old heater, gave me the complete cost of meeting the new codes and completed the job in a timely manner, I offered to pay the additional cost for the upgrades needed to meet code but was told that they would bill me later. They wanted to make certain that I was pleased with the job and the heater was working properly. I am very pleased with this company.
