"The member did contact us for an estimate. We canceled the estimate for the member when we were informed our existing customer did not need to switch their regular cleaning (therefore we no longer had the opening on the 10th). We apologize for not being able to give the member an estimate. We want to thank the member for considering 919Green for all of her Estimate needs, since we never set up or confirmed a cleaning date or time."
"We offered The Member several days we were available to give him an estimate and he did not respond. As The Member stated we received an inquiry from him on 8/26. We responded on 8/26 asking for more information, offering at that time an in-home estimate (giving him a few days we had available) or an sight unseen estimate. The Member replied on 8/27 with the information requested but he chose not to set up an in-home estimate or ask for an a sight unseen estimate."
"This customer contacted us, by phone, in early February and left a voice mail explaining that she was in need of a move out clean. We did return her call within 24hrs as we say on our website. We are owner/operators and do not answer the phone when in a customers' home therefore email is the best way to contact us. We returned her call and told her that we did not have any availability until after 2/15 and that we would need to call her back in the evening to get more information on her home (since we were at a customer's home). She wanted to know why we would need all this information (hardwoods, steel, pets, remodeling, etc). We explained that this information makes it easier and more accurate for us to give her an estimate. She proceeded to call us two more times that day, telling us that the 15th was fine with her (which we has already said we could not do) and would we please confirm. We called her back that evening, got her machine and left a message for her to which she did not respond. We also called her about four days later, left another message on her machine and did not hear back from her. After a week of not hearing from her we assumed that she had gone with another service. It is our policy to not call prospective customer who do not respond to multiple messages, just as we would not want this to happen to us. We apologize for the any part we had in this communication breakdown. This is also why we ask to be contacted by email, since we try not to answer the phone while in our existing customers homes."
"WE ARE SORRY THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO MEET YOUR CLEANING NEEDS AND BE ABLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU. WE DID SCHEDULE AN ESTIMATE, SHOWED UP ON TIME, GAVE OUR PRICE FOR THE SERVICES EXPECTED AND AGREED ON THE PRICE AND DATE FOR THE INITIAL CLEANING. THE CUSTOMER EVEN ASKED "DOES THIS PRICE INCLUDE YOUR TRAVEL TIME AND COSTS?" AND WE INFORMED HIM THAT OUR PRICE DID INCLUDE THESE AND THAT WE HAVE A CUSTOMER LESS THAN 5 MILES FROM HIS HOME. THE ONLY CONCERN THIS CUSTOMER ADDRESSED DURING THE ESTIMATE WAS THAT WE CLEAN ON THE OPPOSITE WEEK THAT HIS PERSONAL CHEF CAME. THEN THE CUSTOMER EMAILED THAT HE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT OUR PRICING. OUR PRICING IS CLEARLY LISTED ON OTHER ANGIE'S LIST REPORTS. AFTER WE ADDRESSED THE PRICING HE CONTINUED TO ASK ABOUT IT AGAIN. WE EXPLAINED THAT IT WOULD NOT BE SOUND BUSINESS PRACTICE TO UNDERBID A JOB, DUE TO A CUSTOMER BEING UNSATISFIED WITH OUR PRICING. CUSTOMERS HAVE THE OPTION TO GO WITH ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER RATHER THAN PUSH FOR US TO DO THIS JOB AT A LOSS. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PROVIDERS THAT DO NOT CARRY THE PROPER INSURANCE, LICENSING, OR LEGAL PROTECTIONS THEREFORE COULD PROVIDE THIS SERVICE AT A LOWER COST AND HIGHER RISK."
