+ -1 moreThere are two lenders being a husband and wife team. Larry Mitchell does the initial set up of the loan. Kathy's completes the closing stage and follow up portion of the loan. They kept me up to date on rates so I could make certain to receive the best percentage. They will match and beat rates of their competitors. Both of them did extremely well on explaining the entire loan process. They are very personable and thrive on customer satisfaction. The cost is my monthly payment including escrow. I have recommended them to others based on my positive experience.
Description of Work: I received a 30 year, fixed home loan. I purchased a 1600 square foot, ranch home. I locked in the interest early at 6.625%.
