It was not well. They basically wanted to come and just pick up already boxed item but I was told that they would help me work in. I felt rushed and I will never use them again because not only did they not do what they said they would do, that was not the service that I thought I was getting. I thought that the price was high. They were punctual.

Great service. I made an appointment on line, got to choose the time slot I wanted. The web page outlines very clearly what material they will take and what they will do with it.
The guys showed up on time, introduced themselves, loaded the truck, swept the garage and driveway. Very professional and very fast. I got a followup email to comment on the service.

Provider was considerate of my schedule and punctual. They hauled a garage full of junk including multiple broken televisions and computer monitors, a sofa and several heavy boxes of junk in less time than it took me to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching them. Final cost was accurate to the estimate and the haulers were professional and courteous.

They were very responsive and came when they said they would. The men who came to our home were very professional and courteous. They removed the stuff quickly and without any fuss. The price was the minimum price on their scale. I'm sure that it is a competitive price, but it seems like a lot because we only had a few items to be removed. I would use them again but will likely wait until we had more items that we need to have removed so that we get a little more bang for our buck.

Great, fast, professional work done for our townhome community. They cleared away a huge amount of trash and old furniture from an area that was difficult to access. The team called in additional help to speed up the process. Excellent job.

I had called another junk removal company but they wouldn't remove a piano. I then called 1-800-GOT-JUNK. They had done piano removal in the past and were very familiar with the size, weight, and what it would take to remove a piano. They came out when promised, were careful no to cause any damage to our home, and removed the piano. They said they would look for someone who wanted the piano, would donate it, or properly dispose of the piano. They charged the price quoted and were very professional. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

They were on time, and very cooperative. Gave us a pretty accurate quote ahead of time. They also did the extra moving of the couch without any charge. You could tell, these guys were good at what they do. They say that they will soon be going into the moving business also. If they do, I'll call them if I need another mover. They even swept the garage floor which was going the extra mile. Why pay the movers to move the junk from one house, and pay the junk man a few days later to take it away.???? They will be able to load the stuff you don't want anymore on their junk truck, and your good things on their moving truck.

The pick-up was scheduled the week before with a 2-hour time window commitment for the scheduled date. The driver called about 15 minutes before the 2-hour promised time and provided a more precise arrival time. They arrived within 15 minutes of the promised time, well within the 2 hour window. The two men were very efficient and had everything loaded on their truck in about 30 minutes. They did no damage to flooring, walls or doorways in removing the large pieces of furniture and I would say did a better job than the delivery people and movers who brought them in the first place. The bill was within the quoted range provided before work began. That range was based on a rate schedule for how much of the truck they estimated my items would fill. I will definitely use them again if the opportunity presents itself.

I am generally pleased. I know that they try to recycle or repurpose things that they haul off instead of just taking them to the dump. They come and give you an estimate. Usually once you have used their service you get 10% off the next time that you use them. They can do a variety of things, like we had an old swing set and they were able to haul that off. They take care of a variety of things, not just one type of junk that they haul off.

Everything was smooth, fast, and efficient. They called ahead, arrived in the agreed upon time window, and were very professional and friendly. They loaded a nearly full truck of stuff in a very short time! They even swept out the area after loading. I was very happy with the service, all around.

1-800-GOT-JUNK was very helpful in providing us an acceptable and quick pickup/removal date. After receiving a quote from the drivers doing the pickup, we requested a change of dates because we expected to have more that needed to be hauled away. They were very accommodating and upon their return we were amazed at how quickly they were able to load up their truck with all of our "junk"! They were very professional, friendly, and provided great service with a smile. We would definitely use them again if the need ever arises, and we highly recommend them.

I like them because I tell them what I want out and they come pick it up. You don’t have to pick up anything yourself. I had a bunch of “junk” they took it away for me. They charge by the load, by how much of the truck they use.
