Burks Tree Service

Contacted service provider reference issue. They responded within 10 minutes with a phone call. Asked to look at the problem and provide an estimate. Within an hour they contacted me and provided and estimate. I agreed to terms and they removed the tree� I would give them a 5 for quality however I�m a 1000 miles away so I could not see their work however, my property management had no complaints�I would definitely use this service again

Showed when he said he would and did what I needed him to do. Can't ask for more than that.

These guys were awesome. I called them today about an esitmate and not only did they give me a great deal, but they took care of it today, a Saturday!!!!! They were so great, our neighbor has already planned to have them come do some work at his house. Excellent, hard working, polite group of workers!

Mr. Burk called me immediately after I inquired with Servicemajic. He showed up when he said he would, he made a quick estimate for a very fair price. He started his work when he promised, and he finished the work as he promised. The crew is experienced, highly skilled and courteous. They dropped six trees and limbed another dozen, all within close proximity to the house and on difficult terrain. I would definitely recommend Burk�s Tree Service for any job, big or small. And I will call him again the next time I need tree service.

Burks Tree Service responded to an emergency at my home within 2 hours of the call. A windstorm brought down a massive Sweet Gum tree, crushing part of my house. They came prepared with the appropriate equipment and crew to do the job quickly and safely. As they worked I could tell they were very conscientious of their approach to the removal, as to not further damage the roof. They worked until the job was done, and I was very satisfied with the cleanup of all branches, debris, etc. I have hired 2 other tree services in the past year and Burk's is by far, the best and the only tree service I will use in the future. Mr. Burks if very, very professional. He came out the same day I called him to cut down an old tree that needed to be taken down over my house. He did run into a problem that really was not his fault and he did not have control over, however, due to his customer service and professionalism, Mr. Burks took care of the situation, and handled it with honesty and integrity. Very quick service, they came out the day they contacted me. Very willing to help me with whatever I needed. Cleaned up the branches and all pinestraw as they cut them. I'd had another service come at a different time and when they cut the trees they left everything for me to clean up myself and they charged me twice as much as Burks. All-in-all I give Burks an A+. Fast, friendly, professional service. Thank you! again!

Mr. Burks called me within a few minutes of my posting on your service. He came out, gave me an estimate, and I hired him. He returned with his equipment and cut down two large pine trees at a reasonable cost. He completed the job today including disposing of the trees and cleaning up what they had left on the ground. His crew worked throughout the afternoon pleasantly and did a professional job. I was worried about the trees being so close to the house that they would damage the roof but no problem. I will hire him again in the Spring to cut down two more trees in my back yard.
