Good but it took 10 minutes and cost $100. A neighbor helped me later so I do it myself now in 15 minutes for about $30 to buy the filters. Note: dates are approximate as I used them a few times.

They were pretty good. They were very friendly and came on time. We asked them back to firm up the drain and they came back without any problem. They did an okay job.

They were more responsive than the other plumbers we left messages with, apologizing for not being able to come out that day but offering to come out right at 8:00 the next morning. It was two older gentlemen and they were extremely friendly and professional and helpful. They also seemed extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Considering that they made two trips out to our house and had to go and buy parts in between, I was very happy with $225. In addition, they fixed two other plumbing problems that we had at effectively no charge. They were quick easy fixes for them, but outside my area of expertise, so I wouldn't have been able to do them. So for the $225 I actually had 3 plumbing problems fixed.

I contacted Maxsell for a quote, but ended up getting a good price from another company before I met with Mike from Maxsell. HOWEVER, I would like to state, that had I not received a good quote from the other place, I believe I would have been pleased with Maxsell. I left a voicemail with their company after hours and received two calls from Mike within the next week in response to my call. It's rare to find a company who cares enough about their customers to try to reach them as Mike did. I have been trying to get in contact with a contracter for some interior work for about 2 months, and have not received one return phone call in response to my 3 voicemails to them. Maxsell's response is completely appreciated.

THE PLUMBERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND WILL COME WHENEVER YOU NEED THEM. THEY ACT PROMPTLY AND VERY EFFICIENTLY. THEY DID GOOD WORK AND I TRULY LIKE THEM.
