Awful .they will not back there promise. So we are left with dissolving material on our sofa.

Furniture - Sales
The experience at the initial sale went fine. Although the first sales person helping us left to go to dinner and we had to switch over to a new sales person. We did not finance these items, we paid them in full - BIG mistake. Purchased the items December 26, 2012, with a delivery date of January 4, 2013.
Day of delivery - a truck shows up, 2 men bring in furniture, place it in a pile, don't assemble the table or the end tables correctly, they scratched the end tables. And, they stained my newly cleaned carpet. I called the main customer service line and they say well you are past your 48 hour return window. I asked how they just delivered. No, you bought them back in December. You only have 4 days from the actual date of purchase not date of delivery, How would you know anything was wrong with them till you get them. We will give you $42 for the scratches (But gee after 4 phone calls we have never gotten the credit from them)
Shame on us for not reading the fine print close enough. If we had finainced We would have had more leverage as we could have held a payment. As it stood we were out of luck. and the delivery people do not work from Rooms to Go - call another number to deal with delivery problems. Luckily our credit card company let us dispute the delivery charges and we did not have to pay them.
Beware if you buy from them, get your stuff within 4 days, and make sure you don't pay in full right away so you have some leverage if you need to exchange or return.

The service people helped me find a bedroom and the only issue I have is my sone jumped on his bed all day and I'm. My son jumped on his bed and that last jump the bed broke and it was that last jump the bed broke. They still had me wait another weak.
