A month after our purchase, we have painfully realized that the sales staff were dishonest and misleading with information on costs of chairs as well as store policy for matching sales price with 30 days. While that was disappointing, when we tried to remove the issue with Cindy, sales person, we were told the manager would follow-up with us but it has been over 48 hours and we have heard nothing from anyone. I still like the furniture but would never use this store to make a future purchase of La Z Boy furniture.
