I liked everything about them, however they completely installed one faucet and finished one I had started. Total time was about 1.5 hrs, I supplied all the materials, thought the price was high.

Did "OK" job with kitchen sink leak; requested help with installation of dryer which, upon arrival, was told could not be done; requested help with hooking up refrigerator which, upon arrival, needed parts they could not get.

Work completed, efficient. Was not happy with management. Employees who performed work were professional. Office staff would not answere questions about labor cost versus parts. Very unfriendly on phone. Don't know if I would use them again due to the attitude of a this person.

A small crack in a copper tube in the crawl space was noted during HVAC work. The Plumbing Knight repaired the crack and noted that the house water pressure was well over 100 psi. Small wonder the copper cracked. They installed a regulator and reduced pressure to 50 psi or so. Can't pressure wash the car from the outside spigot anymore, but I shouldn't have to worry about a catastrophic water system failure due to the copper coming apart at the seams.
They also spliced my two water-heaters together so my wife could get a bath full of hot water. Thank you!
Overall great results and I will call them again when I am ready to do some additional work.

Overall very well. These services ocurred over a few months' time span as we re-configured, updated and repaired and replaced items in our newly purchased home. The owner was available to consult with questions and we will continue to use them as future plumbing needs arise. They are very customer oriented and courteous. One repair did not work as planned and they came back at 8:00 the same night to re-do it. Highly recommend. Very professional.

Then, about 2 months ago I noticed a leak in one of the bathrooms. They came out and fixed the connection and told me it was covered under their warranty as part of the work they had done previously. They billed me just under $200 for parts and labor to fix another leak they found at the same time which was coming from the seal between the toilet and the floor.
I called and asked why that wasn't covered in the warranty since they had removed the toilet to get to the plumbing behind it when they did the re-plumbing of the whole house. Heather said she would check into that. She did and they decided that was also covered under warranty. They removed the charge.
I thought that was very honest of them to retract that fee. They stood behind their work.

They purchased it and they brought it with them and they told us how much it would be at the home improvement store. They didn't add anything onto the cost of that. They brought it out and installed it. We called them that day and they came out that day itself. My husband handled their price and he had no complaints about it.

They were very good. They found out that I was a retired military and gave me a 15% discount without me asking for it. The guy was here for an hour and I was pretty impressed with that. They were very friendly, very professional and they got here within a couple of days of calling. The job turned out very well. They were a lot cheaper than I thought they were going to be. The quality of service is good as I haven’t had any problem so far. I would use them again in the future if need be.
