I called for a tow because my car wasn't running. They arrived with a tow truck within an hour and the car was towed and it was  repaired that afternoon.

We have used him for years. He is excellent as far as we are concerned. He does exactly what he says. He always consults before he does any additional work in other words no surprises when we get back the car and he is also the kind of guy who will tell us if it's not the time to be fixing the car. He does an excellent job and he goes the extra mile for us.

My brake Master Cylinder was bad in my Toyota Echo. I had done the troubleshooting already, but was having a difficult time finding a replacement. I had not used a repair shop in the area prior to this time, so I wasn't sure where to call. I used BBB to search for a high rated business. I chose Tripp's Garage based on their rating and location to my home. They also had a difficult time finding a replacement part. It took about a week to get my car back for that reason. My only complaint (which I guess I kind of understand) is that I feel they charged more than I expected on labor because they said they had to reinstall the Master Cylinder to verify my troubleshooting. Ultimately, they agreed with my diagnosis, but, it cost me more I believe since I delivered them the car via a tow truck since I had already removed the Master Cylinder (because I was taking the part from car part store to car part store looking for a replacement). Overall, I would use them again if I needed to.
