When we went in, the customer service rep was very nice and help with our choosing of two formal dining chairs. When we went up to the front desk. The manager?owner came out of the back room with papers in her hand reading of the complaint to us from 3 years ago. This complaint delt with a bad mattress that springs had broken and and the frame fell into two pieces. After reading the complete letter. She said we were terrible people and that she wasn't through with us yet. At that time I said to her that the reason we complained was that after never getting any help, we had to go to corporate and that was when we finally received our mattress. She had nothing to do with it. At that point in time I said I would think that after 3 years you would learn to be more professional .and learn that customer service should not be taken so personally that business is business and she should own up to her mistakes. And move on. And this was not going to help out her sales, as well as her standing with her employees, because at this time 5 of them were standing around listening to the conversation.She than stated to get out and never come back and while we were leaving she said in front of all her staff once again we were terrible people .
