There's nothing bad. They're convenient. They are easy to get an appointment with. The doctors there are great. They are easy to work with. I would absolutely use them. I've been using them for about three years now.

The staff and the vets were wonderful. I am not well myself and they showed me every courtesy and did everything to make my visits as stress-free as possible. I want my dogs to have the best care available and I am confident I will get it here. I don't mind saying that I was blown off by a vet's office a 5 minute drive from my house. Even though my dogs needed immediate treatment, I was told by that office they could "pencil me in in about a month!" As if. I am new to the area and didn't want to drive as far as Moyock, but now I am glad I did. I called the Moyock Animal Hospital and explained my situation and they made room for me, which I greatly appreciated. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am always quickly greeted by the front desk staff. The veterinary technicians take my pet back promptly for the required tests to the lab area, or perform the tests once I am in the room. The veterinarian always takes the time to listen to any symptoms that I describe and asks pertinent questions. They err on the conservative side of treatment, not automatically recommending something expensive when a reasonable treatment or diagnostic test can be performed first.

They are very friendly and it is very easy to get an appointment. They will always squeeze you in if you need to be seen right away. Also, if you don't need to be seen, but you need to get medicines or something like that, they will do that without charging you for a visit. They try to keep their costs down. They don't unnecessarily do things that other vets that I have been to have done. They are conscious of the costs of things.
