I had a vision of what I thought I wanted and I explain to Chris when he arrived. He explained to me about water run off and how the lot should be graded to allow the proper drainage. He also walked the property with me and explained in detail all the work he would be doing at my house. I was very impressed with how professional Chris was and how hard he worked. I never imagined my yard looking this good. Chris did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him and we have already talked about him coming back in the fall season to regrade my front yard for proper water runoff and to prepare it for a new lawn. I tried to pay Chris a percentage upfront because I have always done this in the past with contractors to get started but he told me he could not except any payment until the job was completed and I was 100% satisfied. I look forward to working with Chris in the fall fixing my front yard.
