Kevin and Cris showed up on time, were very professional and performed the work in a timely fashion. They were neat and cleaned up the area after they finished. They also answered my questions about cleaning the grout and were pleasant to deal with. This service is relatively expensive but I am pleased with the finished product. They use silicone caulk for the shower and countertops, which they explained would be shiny. It takes some getting used to as it always looks wet, which might bother some people. However, they did a very good job putting it on.

The company is very professional in their customer service. They answered the phone, made appointments which they kept to the minute and provide an estimate via email within hours. We had a telephone issue (our end) and they provided extra ways to contact them in case we could not get it resolved. The technician (Rick) showed up exactly on time and the job was done in the time they said it would take. He was very professional and pleasant and did a thorough and careful job. I wish all service companies were as easy to deal with as these folk are!

Did a good job repairing the short wall in my shower. There was significant damage to the structure under the tile. They repaired substructure along with the tile. I'm happy with the results. Also had other shower and the kitchen counter top grout/caulk repaired. Both look great.

I was very impressed with Jim as he did an outstanding job installing the shower pan, door and laying tile. He was very careful with his work , and thorough in all aspects of the job. He was easy to work with explaining details of the job, and any related benefit/impacts. I hope to have him back to do another job in the next couple of weeks. He is very skilled. Everyone I dealt with at Grout Medic was professional and helpful.

The bathroom tile looks brand new. The shower surround was removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. This made a considerable difference in how well the project turned out.

Great! They were very professional, didn't get irritated with all my questions. They showed up on time and called ahead for the onsite quote and installation. I re-grouted our other tile shower and made a very big mess with white dust everywhere. The Grout Medic was onsite one day and when they left it looked like I had a new bathroom. This is now several months later, we are very pleased and would highly recommend for any of your tile work.

Great customer service! From the time of the estimate to the install of the tiles, everything went smoothly. Cris showed up early on the day of install and his attention to detail on everything was spot on. Couldn't have asked for a better job!

It could NOT have gone any better. I am a fairly obsessive-compulsive person with high standards for work done on my house. I also am the owner of a small company that works hard at trying to provide the very best customer service possible. I found the Estimator and the Installer from The Grout Medic to be extremely professional, competent, and friendly. I interacted for a fair amount of time with the Installer and I can tell you he was a "gem" in every sense of the word. He did the work extremely well, he was proud of it, he cleaned up afterward, and smiled the entire time.

They did an amazing job. The workers, Jim and Kevin, went above and beyond what I expected. They made sure I knew exactly what they would be doing, when they would need to go in and out of the house and made sure I was comfortable with it all. They were great.

Excellent customer service and workmanship! We had an emergency family situation that caused us to leave Raleigh on July 4, the day before the work was to be performed. I spoke with Greg and he was great, even though it had to mess up their work schedule (which he never mentioned). We returned in August and Greg scheduled the work to fit within our over-scheduled plans. The work was done promptly and it looks excellent. Grout and caulk lines are straight and uniform. Tiles were cleaned as promised. We had the master shower and floor work done by ANOTHER local company about 4 years ago and it never looked right. This time it looks the way it should.....neat and upscale!! I highly recommend The Grout Medic!

The Grout Medic provides written estimate with a detailed list of work to be completed along with options and alternatives. Scheduling was quick and easy. The rep Jim showed up on time and reviewed the work to be done. Jim also kept us informed of issues and problems, like in one shower the mud bed was brittle so we decided to change and retile the floor instead of just replacing several broken tiles. The master shower was re-grouted and shower enclosure was removed, cleaned and reinstalled and sealed and had no problems. Both showers were completed on time and within the estimate provided. Both showers look great and we will use The Grout Medic in the future.

I was very satisfied with my experience with The Grout Medic. From the estimate through the final work I found them to be thoroughly professional and easy to work with. Jim, their main technician on our project, did an expert job with the grouting, and also walked us through everything he was doing, as well as answering any questions we had. By the time they were done all four rooms looked like the builder had just finished with them, which is exactly what we were looking for.
