I ordered flowers on line from P&G flowers on June 6 to be delivered to one of my employees recovering from surgery on June 7. The delivery person called the afternoon of the 7th to say they could not deliver because no one was home. I called the recipient and she had not left the house. I had also provided the recipients cell phone number as the provider requested. The recipient had not received a call. I asked that the delivery be made the next day. It was not and no attempt was made to contact me or the recipient. Saturday the 9th late in the afternoon I ordered flowers from Fallons Flowers and they were delivered Sunday morning. Monday I Called P& G and got an answering service. The person apologized and said the funds would be returned to my credit card and that this return would be confirmed. Nothing happened. I called again Friday during regular business hours and got the answering service again. She said that she would contact them to return my call as soon as possible. My call was not returned. I have notified Bank of America to challenge the charge to my credit card. This company does answer its own phones and does not return calls and makes no attempt to correct its error.
