Home Building
From the word go, we have been having problems with this builder. First off they introduced a bidding system for each lot - a practice otherwise unheard of. Secondly they published floor plans showing a deck, for the "collection" I chose, however they denied it later on saying the plans pertained to a different community and not applicable here.
No schedules were published and they need constant follow up to get some kind of an ambiguous response. The build quality has been poor, as witnessed this far. They have been increasing prices of new releases indiscriminately. Not sure, how far they would go with creating this sense of artificial demand.
Greatly appreciate if Angie's List can help with redress or remediation of some kind..
