The same two individuals who recommended replacement of the tank, arrived today (3/6/16) at 8:00. They pumped out the old tank, dug it up, and dropped in a new 1,500 gallon tank. They explained everything in great detail as they were connecting pipes and validating the system. Once completed, they covered the tank and made sure the ground was level. The two individuals were awesome! I highly recommend them! The team Bobby Davis sent out to replace my septic system was awesome, and I highly recommend the company.

It took a day to complete. I wasn't there. I would say they left the area okay. There was a lot of rain and they didn't fully pad it around the septic tank when they were done . I called them and they said they would fix it.

The crew really did a thorough job. They replaced the clogged field lines. Replaced the distribution box and put everything back as close to the way it was as possible. I couldn't have asked for more.

Called for service and they came out the next day. They called about 30 minutes prior to arriving and were courteous and helpful. Only negative was that one of the gentlemen lit up his cigarette and smoked while we completed the final paperwork in my driveway. I'm very sensitive to that but didn't want to make him feel bad so I just hurried along and finished up with them. There was additional work/parts that required a second service call and they arranged for that occur with a different gentleman the following day. Work was performed to satisfaction and completion and we are very happy to have chosen this company to help us out.

I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon, using the phone number they list for emergency service. I left a message requesting emergency service but did not even receive a callback until Monday. They advertise 24/7 emergency service both on their web site and here on Angie's list, but they do not appear to offer such service, based on their lack of response. Needless to say, I did not end up using this company for the work, and the problem had been corrected before they even bothered to call back. If you need emergency repairs or service, I would look elsewhere.

It was easy to set up an appointment, the crew was on-time and courteous. I received a courtesy call about 15 minutes prior to arrival. Unlike service I received from other companies, the Bobby Davis truck came with hoses long enough that they didn't have to park on my lawn. The crew did put down a drop cloth to try and catch oil from the pump. This was only partially successful, but I have never seen any other service provider even make an attempt to catch the oil from a leaky pump.

Can't recommend Bobby and his team enough.  Had our tank drained for the first time, and that went well - prompt, responsive, very courteous team.  Had an issue a couple days later where the tank appeared full again - Bobby had his same guys out there within about 4 hours.  Embarassingly, the issue was our fault, nothing they did - a simple check of the breaker box would have fixed the issue but I didn't check ahead of time being new to septic tanks in general.  Neither Bobby nor his team would take any payment for their time on this second visit, and were very patient in figuring it out - it's that level of service that makes me want to put this review in.  Highly recommended.

They were professional, friendly and did a great job.  They responded to my emergency call because all of a sudden water backed up in my shower and the toilets would not flush.  They called me back within a few minutes of my leaving a message on their answering machine around 7:15am.  They were here within a couple of hours and gone before noon.  They were awesome and will recommend them to anyone who needs septic help.
