Jon is the best! We loved working with him. Jon listens when you tell him what you are looking for and really tailor's the search to your specifications. He gives great advice and won't just sell you a house to sell you a house. Jon really wants to make sure you buy the right house and are happy with it. He will let you know about the good and the bad aspects of the home you are looking at. So many real estate agents would just point out all the good things to get a fast sale. We would highly recommend Jon to anyone looking for a house. We plan to call Jon again if we decide to move in the future.

Jon's a great Realtor. He sold my house in a nearly-miraculous 3 weeks (listing to contract) at the start of 2010 (the market was extremely tough then) and he was helpful and patient as we conducted a lengthy, exhaustive search of everything in the area, eventually buying a house that's a better-than-perfect fit for what my family wants and needs.
I'd use him again in a heartbeat (but I'm not selling soon!!) and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Jon Peterson was incredibly patient with us. Our search for our house lasted more than six months. We ended up widening our search area and changing our search area a number of times. We also ran into some difficulties in the closing and he went above and beyond to make sure we closed when we were supposed to and that the sellers were not taking advantage of us. The price for all this is a commission by the agency and it is a legally set number which he has no control over it. Since it is a legally set number you cannot get it cheaper elsewhere. It is a percentage of the sale of the house. Part of it goes to him and part of it goes to the seller's agent. In this economy we actually sold the house in three weeks. We lived in a rented place for a year and half and then when we wanted to buy we came back to Peterson. If anyone can sell a house in three weeks in this economy then he is good at what he is doing. In short Jon Peterson rocks.
