Went great. Randy (owner) was thorough and professional-scheduled a pre-visit to meet the cats, get all information, confirm dates, etc. During visit he kept me updated. He was very perceptive to my needs and made sure I was assured the cats were fine. I would absolutely hire him again (and just did!)

We used them for the full month of April 2011. We were pleased with the cost. It is a one-man operation and he is very good with dogs. The dogs were young and rambunctious, he did not mind it at all. He immediately took charge and he let them know that he was the leader of the pack, just within 5 minutes. They were minding him and they were not pulling at the leash. The guy knew what he was doing and he had a pleasant demeanor. He was reasonably priced. The day that we called, he was able to come out. He worked with the dogs and then he worked with us and then looked after them while we were gone. He did some animal training with us. He taught us how to get them to walk beside you, instead of behind you. When to apply pressure. We did not know any of this. I would highly recommend him, especially if you have out of control dogs. He also took care of our aquarium.

We used Randy on several occasions to pet sit. Our dog took an immediate liking to Randy as most boxes would - what was notable is just how fast Randy could calm him down after a session of ruff housing.
Prior to using Randy for the fish tank he informed us that it was a new experience as he had never before been asked to provide water exchanges (most clients only request the feeding of fish). None the less he went out of his way to make sure he was able to provide the service requested. We found out on our return home that Randy had taken home the suction device and practiced using it so he could get down the technique.
We found Randy to be trustworth, delligent and very informed regarding our pets needs - not only that he also took care of watering our plants.
