We will ONLY use this company in the future, and we would recommend no one else but Undercover System to our friends and family. We were amazed by their excellent customer service and quality of work. They were punctual and considerate. Each of the crew members was courteous and respectful of our property. The finished product far exceeded our expectations.

Quite simply, extremely pleased in all aspects of this project.
We wanted to have an underdeck/ceiling installed on our top deck so as to keep the lower deck dry and usable. Other companies visited and provided estimates, but we felt the quality of work would not likely be satisfactory, plus the materials would have been roofing panels turned upside down.
On the other hand, Undercover Systems/Mark McInnis made our decision quite easy. Their website very accurately depicts the material, craftsmanship and appearance. Observations from the on-site work:

2. 3 Their truck was clean, appeared well taken care of, the material trailer was well organized and sectioned-off protecting materials from damage. For me, these are "indicators" as to their workmanship and care and what might be expected in their work
3. 4 The "team" of 3 including Mark have been working together for quite a while. You can easily see their coordinated movements
4. 5 They took the time to do a lot of small things that make the difference between a low cost/marginally acceptable job and a great professional job.
5. 6 The finished product/ceiling looks tremendous and professionally done.
6. 7 Took the time and effort to clean-up during the work, thereby keeping the work area clean. Plus, at the conclusion of the job, they did a great job of cleaning up.

Again, I was extremely pleased with the workmanship and product and would highly recommend them.

Following the rebuild of our deck and patio, we decided to add an under-deck system to protect portions of the patio from rain and turn it into usable space. After researching several DIY options and other systems and companies, we decided to hire USI and worked with Mark McInnis who, refreshingly and to my surprise, was not only a salesman but the main staller as well. In all my years, I have rarely met someone who is so attentive and professional in his demeanor and skill. He made the unfortunately weather delays bearable by always keeping me informed and working with me on schedule changes. What was best of all is that the system (now installed) exceeds my expectations. I looks fabulous and it functions flawlessly (we did experience a small leak after the initial rain but Mark quickly responded within a few days and fixed the areas in question). We were so happy with the look of the system, we asked to extend upon our initial bid and Mark happily agreed and made it happen. I highly endorse the product, the company and Mark.

We looked at several alternatives. At the end of the process, Undercover Systems had the right product at the right price. It looks great, especially with can lights and fans installed, and most importantly is bone dry underneath. It takes all the water from the deck above it and moves it right away from the house. The installation for a 14x20 area took one long day. Mark McInnis, the local franchisee, and a carpenter showed up on time, and did several smaller extra things at no charge, such as running speaker wire. I give a full 100-percent recommendation to anyone who needs this product and is looking for a Grade A contractor to install it.

Beyond our expectations! The projected was executed such that every joint was virtually perfect and the craftsmanship was was excellent. We have had this system in place for several years and it is still looking and performing without any problems and as good as it was constructed. It make our Patio into an outside room

They were very professional. The workmanship was very good. The owner was great to work with. They were fast, prompt and had great responsiveness.

Very well. They came on time and were very professional. Cleaned up. A couple of fans started to wobble after a month or so and they came back without issue to handle that.

Mark and his team did an absolute fantastic job. He acted in a very timely and professional manner. His piece of the job was a part of an overall larger project which required the coordination of various contractors. More than once we needed to delay the project, due to other over runs, yet Mark and USI was able to accommodate our changing schedules. When the work began, they kept the site clean and completed it within the timeliness and budget he committed to. The quality was also top notch. A number of weeks after the job was completed, I realized that I wanted the ceiling fan adjusted and called Mark. They came out and did it without charge. Great service. Would highly recommend them to others.

Mark and his team are very professional, show up when they promise and deliver what they promise. We had looked a two or three other alternatives. Their solution is far superior in the look (looks like a ceiling above us) and quality. Also, their pricing was competitive with the other options. Finally Mark and his team are genuinely nice people. We enjoyed having them around.
