Great work all around. Free estimate with lots of information on products used. Great price and work. Cleanup was great also. Great communication.

Had a leak in our garage and Phillip Gilmore and his team were great. He returned my call when I left a message, came when he said they would, did great work at a reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again without hesitation.

Went great. Very responsive with estimates and working with insurance adjuster. On-time with fast completion and cleanup. Worked with us on getting the right shingles. Initial price estimate very competitive, and although final price somewhat higher than estimate, some additional work was required.

Extremely well. We called for service late in the afternoon on a rainy day. Phillip could not come right away because it was almost dark but promised to come first thing in the morning. He kept his word. He came, evaluated the problem, went to Lowes to get a few shingles and a new vent boot. He was done within 2 hours. We would not think of getting a different roofer in the future. Highly recommend this team. They were great!

We had some shingles blow off, right before a whole bunch of rain was expected. The Philco crew was in the area working on another roof, and sent someone over at lunch to fix us up. So impressed by the fair price and excellent customer service!! We will definitely have them do our roof when it needs to be replaced in a few years.

Phillip did a great job. Initially he came to my house to give me a quote, and after doing so, he said he had time to do the repairs right then. He fixed the leak in the roof, made some other minor repairs to the roof, and tacked up some falling shingles on my yard house. Phillip was an excellent service provider and I would definitely use him again.

Very pleased with the whole process and the work that was done. I was a pleasure working with Phillip, John and all the employees that performed the work. Everyone was very courteous and on time and got the job done. I had another estimate that was less expensive but decided to go with Philco after meeting Phillip and listening to his knowledge of what needed to be done to code and explaining my options. They also had a foreman (John) on the job to make sure everything was done right. It goes to show that cheaper is not always better. I highly recommend them and definitely would use them again.

Phil, John and their crew were awesome. They were on time and had the old roof off and the new roof on very efficiently, cleaning up as the work progressed. My new roof looks awesome!! I highly recommend Philco for anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

I researched and found good feedback about Philco Roofing and Remodeling company which is initially why I had them perform the services my mother needed for her house exterior (roof) and interior (flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodeling). We liked the owner Phillip Gilmore because he did not pressure us in into making a decision like other companies try to do. Phil was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly. He answered all our questions and concerns, and kept us posted through the process. We found Phil to have great interpersonal skills that delivers excellent customer service. We really enjoyed how friendly and conscientious the roofers were. The crew was fast, friendly and efficient. My mother is very happy with her new roof, kitchen and bathroom, especially Phil's meticulous personality, workmanship, clean up, and how he handled the whole process.

I would like to say that the entire process from estimate to job completion could not have been better. I was not always at my mother's house while some work took place, but my mother was at ease with the crew and the craftsmanship. It is my impression that his crew worked in an extremely efficient manner and breezed right through the job, keeping us informed and addressing our concerns every step of the way. Phil went above and beyond on the job to make sure it was done as perfectly as possible. My mother and I are very satisfied with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. They followed through with everything in our contract and then some. Phil and Hunter went the extra mile to make sure everything was thoroughly and regularly cleaned up. This impressed us as much as the finished project, which looks great! The remodeled bathroom is immaculate. We rate Philco Company a 5 out of 5 on every area of performance. Thanks for a great job! 

I was truly impressed with this company. They took the time to explain to me the whole process, made sure I understood my options, and worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future should the need arise.
