If you call to get to get something done, it takes a week for them to get to you. After explaining the problem, they attempt to walk you through the problem on the phone. I feel they are understaffed and need to be more responsive and I don't feel they know what they're doing. Their rates double each year and I feel they do not specify this when you sign up.

We use them for cable TV and internet connection. When you call for service, you have to wait for about a week to two weeks before they get to you. It's terrible. Nobody should have to wait a week to have something repaired. When they come out, they do the job that they come out to do. Only one time that the technicians came out and he did not complete the job. They had to send another technician out to finish it. When they give you a time that they're going to be here, they usually give you a block which to me is kind of we'll get there when we can. Except for that one time that they came out, they were very professional. Right now, we don't have a choice but to use them.
Description of Work: We had a problem with one of our TVs. We couldn't make a distinction whether it was the TV, remote or the box so they came out.

It's only been a week so far but here has been our experience: - The service agent forgot to bring cable/m-card so we couldn't get the TV hooked up - The service agent didn't ask for permission (or even tell us he was going to) prior to drilling a box into the side of our home - The service agent entered our home without knocking or saying hello when performing work, treating the home as his own - With Comcast, we had a much lower bill, faster cable, and more channels. As far as I can tell MI Connection is not competitive and the town should not be in the cable/internet business. I will switch internet services if an alternative exists - The internet has periods of dramatic slowdowns for no apparent reason - Their customer service got angry when I mentioned an m-card and didn't know what it was. They said, "we call it a cable card down here" with an attitude

They are wonderful. They are so responsive. They upgraded everything for me, and I did not need it upgraded. I can call anywhere and I am not charged for it.
