I called Evergreen Heating & Air recently to fix my air conditioner since it went down during a weekend. I was hesitant to call because of this but I did anyway. Glen Brown called me back quickly and assured me that it would not be a problem to come out within one hour. He quickly diagnosed my system and found both coils leaking on my heat pump (inside & outside). I made the decision to replace my 10 year old unit since I did not want to put any more significant money into it. Glenn offered to install window air units temporarily until replacement could begin. This blew me away! This is great customer service that will win over my business every time! From Glen’s recommendation I decided on an Amana 16 SEER 3.5 ton heat pump after studying 3 or 4 estimates. This unit has a 10 year parts and labor warranty and lifetime compressor. Glenn and a coworker completely removed all of the old unit including cables, connections, thermostat, etc. The shiny new unit and Nest thermostat was all installed and in operation within the work day! This is in spite of a rainy day! The window air units were also carefully removed and the Nest connected to WIFI. He pointed me to a 12 month same as cash offer which I signed up for and was approved. I am 100% satisfied with this wonderful new system. I like the Nest, the way the fan ramps up quietly from the upstairs unit, the low humidity that is maintained, and the overall efficiency seems great! I look forward to a great relationship with Evergreen Heating & Air continuing with my one year of free maintenance and I would recommend them to anyone!

Glenn and his company were great to work with. They were very professional and reliable. They went above and beyond when they offered to install a window a/c unit in our upstairs until they could repair our a/c unit on the scheduled date. I had them come to replace a motor on my attic fan, when they got here with the new motor he said that the blade was just stuck so only charged me for a visit and fixed it. Also found some standing water in the drip pan in the attic and flushed out the lines. These guys replaced my air conditioner last year and did a great job. I recommend them highly.

they cleaned the dryer vent. I also requested the bathroom exhaust vents cleaned but they said due to the flexible tubing the vents did not need to be cleaned. Possible damage to the flex line-- what a concept-- honest answers!! They were on time, pleasant, clean, efficient-- I will use Evergreen again.
