Outstanding. Tim actually came to the client site and quickly resolved the problem. No hesitation, he said, "I'll come over." My experience has been that this is far above and beyond expectations for small business IT support. Bonus - when I asked "how much?" his response was - nothing - it's covered under your service contract. Heartily recommend the service contract - Tim has demonstrated that he really does deliver on it! And all with a smile & great attitude. Sooooo impressed!

Our repair didn't take that much, but we had to call him twice, and the second time we called him back, we had to pay $60. We are not sure if the problem was fixed because we keep on having it, but we know how to fix it now. They were reasonable. He was very responsive, and he was very punctual. I would consider calling him again.

I am a total computer moron and I know almost nothing.  They were very nice people, extremely nice.  They charge you for everything including if you make a phone call and ask him to do something on the phone. There’s no gratification or whatsoever which I never like sometimes.  If I go to McDonald’s, I don’t expect to pay for the ketchup, salt, pepper and mustard.  There are certain things I guess you can give gratification for and I guess you can all give that points.  If you got to a restaurant and order a steak, you pay for the steak; if you order a mashed potato, you pay for that separately.  You pay for everything separately but I don’t expect to pay for every single item including phone calls.  So I’m not really thrilled about that.  It’s not cheap and I believe that if people need a little extra, it should be free.  But they are okay, they are good.  However they are not giving their service away.  They don’t do anything illegal or morally wrong but I think from a business point of view, I am not happy with getting charged for every little thing.  Some people may disagree with me but that is the way I feel about it.  They charge for every little thing and I know they have to make a living but sometimes I think that if you are a regular customer, you will do a little something for him.  So the way I feel about is they are not a great company to deal with.   However, they are nice people.  In the future, they will not be my first choice and I will use them again if I could not get anybody else.

Tim the owner  of CET is fantastic.  He truly knows computers.  He has an answer for every question which says a lot with all the changing technology.  Have not meet all of his staff but this is a top notch company.  He stands behind his work and is very patient and kind.  Plan on using him for all our computer needs.

The laptop was repaired and delivered to my home on schedule!

Tim is very good and extremely trustworthy.  He took my laptop and ran test.  It needed a new hard drive.  The services were performed in a very timely manner.

Tim spend a lot of time helping me choose each part based on my needs. He is friendly and knowledgeable. The time from purchase to installation was quick. Tim went over and beyond my expectations.

Tim has consistently been prompt finds economical and reliable solutions and has been willing to troubleshoot and even coach me through computer problems.

Tim Grier is the owner of this company.  He is a wiz at it.  He gets rid of computer virus and whatever is wrong with the computer.  He also taught computer in High School for many years.
