These guys are great. They called with an estimate of repair costs before they performed any repairs, gave me clear explanation of what they found. Once work began they called to give me a status update of when the truck would be ready and it was ready when they said. Good folks, very professional, pricing was in line with my expectations. I will not hesitate to go back for any auto repairs that come up.

Brought the car in as it was making a grinding noise. I remained in the office in the event they had any follow-up questions, but they quickly diagnosed it to be the brakes - metal-on-metal contact. I received a quote and advised them to go ahead with replacements. I requested their free shuttle home and awaited a phone call advising the work was done. My wife came home a little early from work and we went to pick up the vehicle - no grinding noise to be heard and work was done for slightly less than quoted. About a week later, we started hearing another noise and quickly brought the vehicle back in. They checked it out and advised a brake shield had rusted and bent causing it to come in contact and make noise. They bent the shield back at no charge to us! They advised to keep an eye on it and possibly replace the shield if the noise returns. Thank you for great service!

Excellent. They pointed out that the check engine light repair is still under warranty so to take it to the dealership as it was an expensive repair. They turned the rotors and fixed the brake issue. In addition, they provided transportation to/from my house which was fantastic.

Coolant was vacant. Vacuum checked system. Refilled but found no leaks. Installed dye to find leaks should system malfunction again.

Excellent service. This is a trustworthy garage--they won't sell you something you don't need.

I went here because my husband had used them for his Rav4 recently and found them to be quite good. (He's not easy to please.) They were quick, timely, VERY professional and pleasant and got the job done. In short, they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for a reasonable price. And, they were easy to deal with! Can you ask more?

Had my 1992 Toyota truck towed in because the gear shifter, which is an automatic on the steering column, would not move out of the park position. They diagnosed the problem and called me with the repair estimate in just a few hours. Repairs were made quickly and the cost was per the estimate. Friendly and very responsive.

Work was done promptly as promised, and reasonably priced. Ricky and Phillip were great to work with. We have found a new best facility for all of our automotive repairs.

No work was done before consulting with me. Was very good explaining what they found. Sent a picture via email to help me understand and see issue. Work was done in a timely manner and at a fair price.

When I walked into Bowls, I was greeted kindly and immediately helped. I shared with them all the concerns that I had about various sounds/problems with my car. They said they would inspect it and call that afternoon. One thing I am very impressed with is they had a mechanic drive me back to my house and told me if I needed a ride to come get my car, to call them and someone would be out shortly after. That is very good service and sets them apart from other providers. When I picked up my car, it was running perfect, the door switch was fixed and everything was the same as it was when I dropped it off. (What a relief since I used to pick up my car from other auto mechanics with the alignment screwed up.) I am very impressed with Bowls professionalism, customer service and mechanics. I will never go to another place, I will only take my car to them from now on.

The staff is friendly, knowledgable and very helpful! They are always treating their customers (as I've witnessed myself in person) with respect and honesty.

Oil change and lube. Very courteous and efficient. |My daughter has had work done there many times and has always been pleased.

Called for an appointment, they were very accommodating. They had a shuttle bring me to work on the day of the service and let me know as soon as the work was complete. Offered other service but was not "pushy" about it.

Because we own 3 "older" vehicles; there is a LOT of maintenance to be performed on them. The employees are always so patient and helpful and willing to answer all questions and offer solutions! Great bunch of people!

It went great. I went in early and walked to a nearby restaurant and had breakfast. Came back, waited a little while and was done.
