He worked with me on pricing and was easy with billing.  He was very responsive.  He set the traps for the beaver and I would go check and see if he had gotten anything.  If he did, he would come out to get them.  They were just the traps to hold them, not kill them.  He would then take them from the traps.  In our pond we had a blue heron and it got caught in the trap one day.  He was able to release the blue heron and it still stops in our pond.  The traps did not scare him off.

While they were responsive to requests and responded to animal removal calls promptly, their overall customer service skills could use some serious attention.

I was willing to overlook an occasion where (during the removal of a squirrel from a roof-top trap) I was lectured to about how Jesus would only save those who had accepted him into their hearts. 

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and trusted their professional opinion when they performed a $129 extermination of yellow jackets that they apparently found during some bat exclusion work (even though I had no previous knowledge of said yellow jackets NOR did they give me the opportunity to approve this work prior to moving ahead with it.  I was told that they "thought" I had received a previous phone call about it).

Today's arrogance and condescension on the phone pushed me over the edge.  When I called to ask if they also sprayed for roaches I was given an arrogantly-toned response that I should've checked their company issued refrigerator magnet to find out whether they did roaches or not.  I was then told that I would need to sign up for a quarterly spraying contract and when I stated that I'd rather be sprayed once to determine if it was effective before signing up for a quarterly service, I was given another arrogant response containing both profanity and irrelevant information such as how many college degrees the speaker had, as if I was completely off base in wanting to see if the service was effective before needing quarterly spraying.  I have friends that spray twice a year and manage their roaches without issue.

I won't be using this company again, but if you only want prompt service and you're willing to deal with awkward and unprofessional mannerisms of the people that work for the company, you might.

Work was completed within 24 hours of my first call. We are very happy with the services provided and how quickly the problem was resolved. Pricing for the work was very reasonable for services rendered considering they had to deal with a three story house. Would absolutely recommend AA Wildlife Damage Control. I really appreciate the peace of mind that the bats are gone!

He got them all out and did it with a smile! Overall, he did a real good job. I will use him again because I am sure the racoons will come back!

Everything went very well.  Professional and courteous.  Prompt.  No issues.

I used them in two situations. At first, they were proficient. But when I hired them to get raccoon out of a rental property, we later found 15 to 18 raccoon dead raccoon pups. They were left to die by starvation and dehydration. They had a painful death. I understand that they had to put them down, but there were more humane ways to kill an animal. I cannot recommend them. It might not bother other people, but it certainly bothers me. I couldn't imagine putting my pets through something like that.

Was able to come out within a day of when we called. Sprayed the whole foundation, checked around the inside of the house and put some gel where we were seeing the ants inside. Told us if we saw any more ants after 10 days or so to call and he'll come back out. Was delayed in arrival time, but called several times to let us know what was going on and when he'd be here. Very professional.

I heard some type of animal or birds scrambling around every morning for several days, so I contacted AA Wildlife. I gave my contact info and an inspecton was scheduled the next day. I really appreciated the fast response. An inspection of the attic and exterior roof was performed and it was determined that no squirrels had gotten inside the house. The serviceman was very thorough in explaining the habits of squirrels and strategies. He determined that what I was hearing was probably the squirrels running through the gutter over my windows. He set live traps on the roof and we caught several squirrels over the next few days. I called the serviceman each time the traps were occupied and each time he came promptly to remove the squirrels. The traps were removed when we got to the point of no more activity. I was pleased to learn that AA Wildlife also does repair work. He gave me an extimate to install leaf guard material on the gutters. The materials were ordered and installed without delay. I found the service was performed in a professional and courteous manner. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this company.

Professional and patient. Know what they are doing. Great experience. Rick explains the habits of the critters he is trapping and is a very pleasant person to work with.

It was a weekend and I was having a hard time finding a company to come out. I called AA Wildlife and they came right out. They were able to locate the wasps nest and do preventative work on my chimney to help stop the problem. They did a wonderful job and they have 24 hour service. And I am currently wasp free!

I heard loud noises in my attic and called AA Wildlife (from Angie's List!) They came promptly and diagnosed the situation, set a trap, caught the racoon right away and repaired the hole where it had gotten in. It cost me $349, which was a very good price. In looking for the entry point of the racoon, they noticed that I had carpenter bees, and recommended that I have Orkin remove them, since I have a termite contract with them. Orkin said bees are not under the contract, but they would exterminate them for $350. AA did it for $75.

We have a squirrel problem. They are very responsive. We call them if we have one in our traps and they removed the animals and reset the traps. They also are able to find where the animals are coming in and patch the holes. They are one of the most reasonable animal removal companies we have found.

I wanted to have my attic screens checked for secureness and to see if anything got in to the attic. I called this company yesterday afternoon. A few hours later, the techinican arrived. He was a very likable person and very thorough. He pointed out potential problems that I may have, which I thought was incredibly informative. Because I was an Angie's List member, I received a discount as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with their services.

AA did a great job explaining their service and what they could do, specifically involving the law against removing bats during their mating season. Shawn came and installed screens over 90% of the vents, then evacuated the bats and finished the job when the calendar turned to August.

Sean is very friendly and patient. He explained everything he was doing, was very sweet to my kids, and stayed much longer than I had expected. I switched from using Orkin to using him after a neighbor reccommended him, and am saving a little bit of money by doing so- but most importantly feel I am being looked after instead of using a company that just does the bare minimum to get by. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares about his customers.

Squirrels had eaten through roof and got into attic. AA Wildlife trapped them over next 30 days and then fixed hole. Would use them again.

It went well, nothing was urgent. It did take 3 days to complete the job because of the emergency phone calls but he always showed up the next day when he said he would.

AA Wildlife provides outstanding customer service and quality work. Shawn helped us remove squirrels that invaded our attic during the winter, and would even come by on the weekends at no additional cost. He works hard and charges reasonable rates. I would highly recommend AA Wildlife for any animal or pest control issue.

Sean and John are very responsive and knowledgeable. We have had run-ins with the police and they have taken care of that for us. We love the service!

We have animals, and my wife wanted something organic that would not harm them. Bill researched and studied different organic remedies and presented them to us. We've been on a quarterly program with these remedies for a year now and they are working great. No bugs!! Bill went to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied. We have been thrilled with AA Wildlife and have used them to remove an expired possum from our crawlspace as well. They treated the problem, and there was no evidence of any kind when they left. You won't be disappointed with their service. They are very humane and their price is very reasonable!!!!

I noticed 4 baby squirrels playing on our roof. I called AA wildlife and reached Shawn. He set the traps and the mother squirrel was trapped that evening. The traps were reset and the babies were caught. Shawn sprayed and repaired the hole. He also did an inspection of our attic. I was pleased with the results and would call him again.

Rick was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic to work. The overall experience was great from start to finish. Rick came out and met with us. He went into our attic and confirmed where the squirrels were going in and out. He then set up the initial trap with bait and would stop by on a daily basis to follow up (e.g. make trap adjustments if needed, remove caught squirrels, reset the trap with bait, etc.). We also had the option to call as soon as we noticed that an animal was in the trap (Rick was extremely responsive). Rick was also great with our children and provided a little education about the animals. Once he confirmed that all the squirrels were out of our attic, he repaired the damage and closed up the entry / exit point (there is a one year warranty on the exclusion service, but we feel very assured that the next family of squirrels will never be entering via that area again). The cost included $99 for the initial trap setup + $45 per animal caught + $180 to repair the damage - minus a $10 Angies List discount. We would never hesitate to call AA Wildlife again (if there is ever a need).
