The service was excellent. Daniel the plumbing tech arrived on time. He was methodical in his approach. Making
sure before made a move that it was the correct step. I would definitely use this company again. This company provided 
excellent service.

I contracted via Lowes to have my leaking water heater replaced. They totaled up what the installation would be and charged me in advance for the water heater and installation. The installation portion was $249.  They could not get it installed that day, so I called a couple of other places to get estimates, both of which sent people out.  Their prices were literally 2 times what the total quote from Lowe's  was, so I went back to Lowes because the entire visits were exercises in scare tactics and upselling about not only the water heater, but having to do this or that because of "code," and both quoted things differently.
Lowe's contracted via TDR plumbing and though they could not come that day (Friday), it was Lowe's issue, not theirs. That came as promised Saturday morning between 7:30 and 8:00.  They were highly professional, polite and expedient and explained the workings of the new heater (ABC dial, vacation setting, etc.) us. 
In short, 5 of 5 stars, totally professional, no ridiculous upselling and yes, I would use them again any time. They are a class act.
