Southeastern Landscape

Southeastern Landscape was employed to design and install an exterior drainage system to prevent storm water from collecting in an area between our home and detached garage where there was no practical means of removing significant ponding. This undrained water eventually made its way into the wrapped and environmental conditioned crawl space area under the main house.

Jose and his team did a great job. I also had them install inground sprinklers for us, and this too was done well. We are very pleased with their work and would certainly recommend them to anyone else.

They cleaned up afterwards, were super professional and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them. And Iâ m a picky person. lol

Jose and team did an amazing job regrading a large portion of my lawn, installing underground downspout drainage, gutter cleaning, and irrigation maintenance/head replacement.

I have talked to many different companies about this project, including companies that specialize in waterproofing, and Jose was the only one that was both knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. He made a lot of suggestions that made a lot of sense and made me feel much more confident in the success of the project. He was also very reasonable on price when we expanded the project a little bit.

Jose was awesome. He responded quickly and diagnosed the problem. He tried several less expensive options but finally had to replace the well pump. The irrigation system is working the best since it was installed by another comp. I had them do another job while here and will be using them again.

We had stone pavers installed as a driveway extension, removed existing concrete sidewalk & replace with stone pavers and add a stone walkway from the driveway to the back yard. We also had them line our front flowerbed with stone pavers and replace a dying tree in the front. Jose and his team started the job when scheduled & completed the job as scheduled. He and his crew were so professional and such perfectionists! The completed work exceeds our expectations. Because of the slope of the yard, the area for the walkway had to be leveled to prevent drainage issues. He took everything into consideration and made the area a showcase!

They responded to my call for help immediately. I had some water from the storm. The cost was reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. They knew what they were doing, came in, got the job done. Problem solved!! Thank you! They will be the first one I call should I need similar services again.

Jose and his team did a great job. We had 3 contractors come out and give us quotes and all 3 quotes weâ re around the same price but southeastern was the only ones that could start that next week. Beautiful paver patio installed. And when the pergola arrived early, they put it together and bolted it down to the patio. Everything looks fantastic!

The company won the bid for a very large project, where several decisions were still very much in the air. The guidance we received throughout the process enabled the project to be completed on time and on budget. The simple fact people yell from their car windows their love for our landscaping was a bonus.
