It has broken twice. They have come out and replaced it both times and have stood behind their guarantee with no hassles and no charges. They are very reasonable. It worked out fine. I have used them a number of times.

It was great. We couldn’t use the garage before and now we can. They had to replace the whole thing; the door and the mechanism. They showed up on time. They called me back. I thought we needed a new garage door opener which would have been pretty expensive. He told me we probably didn’t need a whole new opener. He tried one thing first and it fixed it so we didn’t have to buy a new opener.
