Their service department is top notch. I worked with Alex for our Pilot
and Accord and he is a pleasure to do business with. Their prices are
the most competitive I have even seen from a Honda dealer and amenities
in the customer waiting area are the best I have seen too. Keep in
mind, I have been using Honda dealers for the last 15 years across 6
states for the different Hondas I have owned. I wouldn't take my Honda
anywhere else.

I went to the parts department to get a key for the wheel locks that was missing in my car. I asked to use a coupon for 15% off and the Lady huffed, roller eyes, and turned around to reprint the invoice. You may ask why I didn't ask her first. She was doing all the paperwork in the back away from me and I did not know she was printing an invoice. She handed me the invoice to which I presented my card and she simply said and quot;pay the lady at the next windowand quot;. Not a thank you or have a nice day or anything. I am fed up with poor customer service.

We were looking to buy a used Honda Odyssey with low mileage but at a great price. We had been looking online, and Metro had the best prices. We found one we wanted and were treated well when we came in to purchase it. It was totally worth driving a bit away from Charlotte to get a lower price on the van. They gave me a fair trade value for my used car as well.
I had them service it once, and they did a fine job and had plenty of entertainment (free wi-fi, video games, TV) to keep me and my son busy while we waited. I always feel like the cost of an oil change is overpriced at a dealership, but their pricing is comparable to other dealerships, in my experience.
I called in to have the oil changed the second time. I knew it was a little early (the Maintenance Minder light hadn't come on yet, though it had been at least 4-5 months since my last service), but we were moving out of town and I figured I'd get it done before the move. The gentleman (Erick, maybe?) who took my call, was honest and told me that it wasn't worth it to have it done yet. Even though I made it clear that we were moving out of town and they wouldn't have our business anymore, he wasn't eager to take my money and schedule me an unnecessary appointment, rather he explained why service wasn't necessary yet and looked up the location of the 2 dealerships nearest my new home who would be able to take care of the oil change and tire rotation when it was actually needed. I hope one of those locations is as honest and good to work with!

I have been going to this dealership to have my Honda Pilot and my wife's Acura serviced for close to a decade and over the past 3-4 years I have seen a drastic decrease in the quality of service provided. My most recent experience was a few weeks ago when I took my vehicle in to be serviced before our family beach trip. A day after being serviced I noticed a puddle of oil in my driveway under my car and after closer inspection I discovered that the service tech had failed to tighten the oil drain plug (I could actually turn it by hand). When I called the person who answered seemed more concerned about my tone than he was about the fact that I had to crawl underneath my car and tighten my own drain plug after spending $200 to have the vehicle serviced by a so called and quot;professionaland quot;. Had this been the only incident I probably would not have left a negative review but as previously mentioned I have seen the quality of service at this dealership deteriorate drastically over the last few years. We've been charged $100+ for a diagnostic fee to tell us the gas cap was loose, I discovered a small tear in the seat of one of our vehicles that was not there before the vehicle was dropped off at this dealership and I was left hanging on my way out of town one Saturday when I discovered I had a nail in a tire that was purchased through the dealership. I was going to be driving right by on my way out of town but was told that they were too busy to do it that day and I'd have to wait until Monday. We went through a major transmission problem that after doing some research probably could have been avoided altogether if the person at the dealership had told us that the transmission was actually failing when the and quot;Dand quot; light began to flash instead of telling us that it's and quot;probably just a pressure sensor and that it could wait until next time we brought it in for serviceand quot; when we called to inquire about it. The guys in the service department seem to be focused on trying to upsell expensive repairs many of which are not really time sensitive or necessary and after finding out that they get paid a commission by a friend of mine who works for another dealership in the same automotive group it all started to make sense. Regardless these techs are supposed to be and quot;factory trainedand quot; but I guess tightening a drain plug is not something Honda trains it's techs to do properly. The only thing the service department has going for it is Mike who is one of the nicest and most helpful customer service reps I have ever met but unfortunately it's not enough to offset the deteriorating level of quality I have experienced over the past few years. I love Honda cars but I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone I know and I am going to purchase my next Honda anywhere but here due to the negative experiences I have had.

We take our vehicle there because they do whatever it takes to get your car done and make you happy. They are not just fixing the car. They are making sure that you know the car is fixed, which is good. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

It was fine; it was good. They are a Honda dealer and the work had to be done by a Honda dealer. I've never had any work done on the Honda before and I didn't compare prices. It took longer than planned but they did more than was planned. I would probably use them again.

I don't remember what I paid for the service. They are very attentive. They offer a lot of comfort things for their customers when they are waiting for their car. They have television there, they have coffee and cookies, they have some video games for the kids, they have computers, and they have set-ups for people to use their laptops if they want. They are very user friendly. They recommend things that need doing when they see that they need doing. It's pretty much like any other dealership. They are reasonably honest.
