Gold Star Painting

He came to a first appointment with me so I could meet him and left a color deck for me to choose from. He provided some advice about color but the choice was mine. We set a date for Oct. 30th. I advised I would not be here but my husband was. His first statement was "do you have the money to pay for this?" He brought with him 4 guys to assist him. They appeared to be in teenage years. They started the job, in the middle of the job he asked for the check so that he can cash it before the bank closed my husband said no I will pay you when you finish the job.he finished the job and when I came home I found some imperfections. I called him for a return to touch up and complete the job. He showed up with a paintbrush (no rollers) and began touching up with a brush and half way through the touchups, he left. The touchups are still undone, he had not properly prepped areas that should have been sanded, tape lines are still showing, brush strokes from touch ups that were completed are very obvious and the job is still not done. I'm waiting for him to call again and he's had plenty of time to do so. It felt this was the right time to post him on Angie's List.
