Had a bat in my bedroom New Years Day 2022. Chris came the next day, Sunday, and checked the entire house. He found no bat (probably left) and no colony in the attic. He bat proofed the house. He was professional, courteous & reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

The "trapper" cared about my worries and did everything he could to help. The feral cat we wanted to detain was too wary to go into the trap left for us to use. So, "bottom-line", we were unable to live trap the animal.
