Horrible, service man showed up, didn't even look at the issue and told my 88 year old Dad it was going to be $650! I called them and asked how they come up with that price, they said it is their "standard".

We faced an emergency on Thanksgiving with a family full of guests. The waste leaving our house was coming up out of the "clean out" of our pipe leaving the house. It was a mess. I reached somebody from ER Plumbing right away and a plumber, Joe, called back within 5 minutes. He was at our house within an hour and quickly took care of our issue. We were able to eat Thanksgiving meal and clean up without a hitch thanks to Joe. What's more, the price was very reasonable--no extra charge for the holiday either.

Absolutely great. I would particularly like to mention Terry and Jason who did the installation. I do not remember ever having two more polite, informative, efficient, careful and professional individuals working in my home. They were extremely organized and arrived exactly as scheduled. Likewise, the electrician and roofer were here at the designated time. Overall, @n excellent experience and I would recommend ER Plumbing and particularly Terry and Jason to anyone!

Everything went well. ER Plumbing arrived promptly on the scheduled day and time window. In addition, we got a courtesy call about 30 minutes before arrival. We needed some new faucet parts since the spigot had failed and no water was coming out. Reggie was very polite and friendly, and explained the repairs and their cost. The cost was higher than expected for a relatively simple job, although since it has been a while since we needed a plumber, it's hard to gauge how the price stacks up against other plumbers. Overall, though, we're quite satisfied with the work. We've used this company before and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

From the evaluation/consultation through to the installation Nick was professional, punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and super nice. He answered all our questions and on the day of installation he and Will worked hard and did the full installation in around three hours total. While it hurt financially, the blow was lessened by having good work done on a timely basis. I highly recommend!

Excellent. I left a message for ER Plumbing and explained that it was an emergency and my toilets were clogged and would probably back up. They called back within 15 miniutes. Robin, the serviceman, came about 20 minutes later. He was very nice, did the job quickly. Did not charge me for the dispatch fee and found a $50 coupon for me.

Terry arrived early Monday morning. Bottom line: My tankless water heater had been improperly installed. Terry explained everything in detail. He showed me the parts that needed to be replaced. He answered all my questions fully in simple terms. That is the mark of a true expert. ER Plumbing will be the only plumbers I will call in the future. Fantastic! I called with my problem. A technician (Will) called back an hour later to say he was on his way. He arrived promptly and was very personable. He quickly replaced the toilet lever that was leaking. He took the tub handle apart as much as he could without removing the drywall in the next room. He gave me a price to replace everything. I'm pretty sure if not positive that the fixture is original to the house which is 26 years old. So, no surprise that I'd need to replace. I was very pleased with them and would definitely use them again. I worked with another plumber for years and gave them good reviews on Angies List. They have an overall A rating. But, my last call to them was not pleasant at all. Very pleased with E.R. Plumbing and hope to use them as my "Go To" plumber since they're so close by, professional and fair.

The in-house expert - Terry arrived early the next morning. He determined that the tankless water heater had been incorrectly installed. He showed me the parts he replaced and why replacement was required. He answered all my questions simply and fully -- the mark of a true expert.
