Ridge Roofing offers total new roofing systems in Asphalt shingles, Metal and Rubber. We also do repairs big and small. If your chimney is leaking we can re-flash, re-mortar or take your old chimney down. We offer skylight repair, replacement, and installation. If you have an emergency we also offer emergency tarping services, we will even come out while it is raining!

We had some sheet rock water damage in our master closet which we traced to the roof vent for our Range hood. We called Ridge Roofing and had an appointment set up in a couple of days, Due to some weather damage Ridge Roofing was swamped on the appointed day, however we were notified promptly and were rescheduled for the next day, I am very happy that we were kept up to date and understand completely how things can get jammed up. Dustin Lee showed up the following day on time and after looking at our vent determined that the vent itself and the connection to the roof sheathing and the surrounding shingles were in good order and that the only thing that needed to be done was to remove and replace the tape that connects the duct to the vent. I am extremely happy with the results and Dustin refused any payment for his time. We will definitely be relying on Dustin and Ridge Roofing for any future roofing requirements.

Gutter Repair and Replacement
After having a nagging gutter leak that the original vendor refused to fix, I turned to Ridge Roofing. They were very prompt in replying and scheduling a crew to examine the problem. After rehanging the gutters, I noticed after the next rain that the seam continued to leak. At that point, Dustin Lee, one of the project managers, made it his personal mission to keep working on that seam until it was fixed. I really appreciate the customer service and tenacity that Dustin showed, which required multiple visits to the house. I would definitely use Ridge Roofing again.

Alex and his crew did an outstanding job on our new roof. Our project included a very large addition on one side of the house and a six sided porch on the other. Joining old and new can be a challenge, but Ridge Roofing made it seamless. They were on time and very attentive. Easy to work with and friendly attitude. Amy in the office was fabulous, she kept us all organized!

Work was ok, but damage done as they threw materials off of roof. Luckily, damage to siding was repaired because we still had some house paint. HOWEVER, day after they were paid, when sun hitting window, we noticed large scrapes on our 4X6 foot dining room window. TALK ABOUT INSULT TO INJURY, the company representative said that it could have always been there!!!!! Shame on him. For two weeks we have been asking them to come back, but they are “busy.” Now what do we do? All this expense for a roof and now a new picture window. These are not responsible business people. Do not use them.

They responded quickly, came to my house for an inspection and quote, and scheduled the repair quickly after I gave them the go ahead. Three other roofing companies tried and failed to fix the domer leaks. Ridge Roofing succeeded on the first attempt. One year later, a wind storm blew of some of the cap shingles on the porch roof. Called on a Monday, cost estimate on Tuesday and fixed on Friday. That IS called SERVICE.

Alex came out and gave a fair estimate and even covered/water-proofed my existing skylights until the replacement could be done. Then they actually came earlier than expected to replace the two large skylights and did a very professional job!! I highly recommend the folks at Ridge Roofing!!!

The Ridge Roofing team was highly communicative throughout the process. The initial consult was valuable in helping to determine the appropriate equipment to install and their quote was returned timely. They were clear about the factors that would impact their schedule as well as when work would begin and when they would arrive at the worksite. They had a work manager onsite to prepare the workers and assure that the skylight was placed exactly where we wanted it. After the work, they followed up to assess that the work met their own standards. When it did not they quickly resolved the issue. All staff listened to me throughout the process and we were polite and courteous. We had a hard rain the evening after installation which acted as a pretty intense test of their work. No leaks! I'm so grateful that my living room is so much brighter!

A very large oak tree had fallen on my garage and caused damage to the roof and gutters. Alex and his crew at Ridge Roofing repaired the damaged gable, soffits and roof. They removed and hauled away all damaged roofing and materials, replaced the entire metal roof, and installed new gutters with covers. They did a great job! They were punctual, completed the work in the time frame estimated, at the estimated price (no surprises!) and didn't leave any mess behind. I would most definitely hire Ridge Roofing again.

Alex sent one of his workers to check out the skylights. The worker went into the attic, and promptly fell through the garage ceiling, leaving a large hole. Alex sent someone to repair the damage, and we decided that since we had the opening we'd add disappearing stairs. Alex split the cost with us, which was very fair. However, the issue of the skylights was never addressed. I called Alex several times and was told that he had forgotten, and then that they would get to it at the end of that week. That was more than a month ago. Several calls were made directly to the company with no response. The final call was to the number listed on Angie's List. I left a message asking that they please let us know if they were no longer interested in the project or did not have time. I never received the courtesy of a reply and had to find someone else to seal the skylights.

We highly recommend Ridge Roofing and will use them for additional work on our farmstead. We contacted seven companies for estimates. Alex (Ridge Roofing) was the most responsive. The price was reasonable. Alex took the time to listen to our objectives and made some good suggestions. Just as important to us as the cost is how well we could work with a contractor. Alex and his crew were great. He was polite and professional, and worked with us to address some minor issues that came up during the installation. Communication was excellent and the work was completed on time. In short, he worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the work throughout the process. The quality of work done was very good and his crew cleaned up when it was done.
