When they put down the moisture barrier they did a fair job.  The porch insulation is blowing around because they did not secure it.  I have called them and I cannot reach them.  They guy that came out to give me an estimate never returned or checked up on the job. He sent a crew that did not speak English to do the job.

They were able to come out the very next day after I called to give us an estimate. They had the best price out of anybody and said they could start the next day. They did come the next day but did not finish. That's when we started having our problems. The main problem was lack of communication. I waited several days to see if they would come back to finish, so I called after a week and the guy I was dealing with thought they were finished. So he said they would come back the following week and finish. Well they didn't finish again and I got no call telling me they were not done. They ended up coming 5 times for a 1 day job. They did great work and were very friendly to deal with. But it was frustrating that they would not call to say they did not finish and I kept having to crawl under the house to see what work had been done. Overall, we were happy with the work but upset with the delays and lack of communication.
