We called the company on Friday, April 5, 2013 to request someone to come look at a leak we had discovered that morning after the rain on the previous day. We were told that we would receive a follow-up phone call that day, but none came. We called again on Saturday, and were told the same thing. A follow-up phone call DID come within the hour, and it was determined that they would be out that afternoon. No one came. We called again on Monday morning, and were told that someone had just been in our area and they didn't know why they didn't come by. We were told they would be here the next day (Tuesday) about 12 PM. They came about 2 PM, addressed the problem, gave the estimate, and offered an additional service to replace our gutters for $2000. We told them that we would have to think about it, and they said that someone would be out the next day (Wednesday) to repair the roof. No one showed up. We called again, and we were told that they were extremely busy and would fix it the next day by 12 Noon. FINALLY, a young man came on Thursday to fix it, but he didn't get here until about 5 PM. We are satisfied with the work itself, and the folks were very courteous, but to be put off for that many days was a little disconcerting. Thank goodness, it was a minor leak and was repaired before the next major rain came on Friday. If it had been something major, we would have been in dire straits.

My bathroom had a leak in the ceiling so I gave them a call. Found them through Angie's List. They were here exactly when they said they would be. First they checked my roof for "hail damage", which there was no evidence of that. But, they did discover that I needed two vent pipe boots. One was causing the leak in the bathroom and the other was dry rotting. So, I had them replace both. Have had plenty of rain since, but no more leaks. Very good job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have used All-Phase in the past. They were very professional and did an amazing job, including adding 2 skylights. The job was completed on time and exceeded my expectations.

My roof had an active leak and needed repair.
I called All Phase Exteriors after my sister in law had used them to replace her roof after hail damage and was very pleased with their service.
Clint came out to my house and assessed the roof condition. We talked about full roof replacement and repair options.
Mike came to our house and showed us estimates for full roof replacement and for repair.
My wife and I decided on the repair (the roof had a current leak and had to be fixed). A roofer came out a little over two weeks later.
He repaired the leak (replaced the two sheets of plywood). He had to come back next day since it started raining. The next day,
he finished the work. All the staff at All Phase were professional, courteous and arrived promptly. They cleaned up and left no trace
that they were here except that my roof does not leak anymore, the nail pops don't show, and the warped boards were replaced
allowing the tiles to lay flat again!

Overall it went well. The siding was replaced and looks good, and they did a good job. They did damage a few landscaping shrubs, which I will have to replace, in the course of the job. I tried to protect them, but they removed my protection and they were damaged to the point I can't salvage them. It was minor but an inconvenience none the less.

Have had issues with getting someone to actually quote me for the job since it's a rather small job for most contractors and handymen, but All Phase was great from start to finish. They came out on time, gave a quote on time and also followed-up with the quote in a few days. Most don't so that was great. The work was done in one day, six boards and the trim around the window were replaced. They even replaced the defective drip edge that caused the issue. Phillip was the main carpenter of the two that did the work and he was very polite and professional. They painted everything that needed it (I supplied the paint) and I am very relieved to have that project complete and looking great. Their supervisor stopped by that day and then today to check on the final work.
Will definitely keep them as my go to company for outside work that I can't reach or complete. I have some windows to replace in the coming year and they will get a call.

All Phase has been a lifesaver. I had another company out working on the leak and they stopped showing up so I needed to find a company that could diagnose the leak and complete the job. Joleen was great about getting someone out to check on the issue and then to pull an estimate together for me. Josh came out to diagnose and to fix so it was nice to have continuity there.
I'm still waiting for a really hard rain to know for sure if we've got the leak but I feel pretty certain that we do. And if not, then I'll definitely have All Phase out for another look. I felt they wanted to get my leak fixed nearly as much as I did.

I was extremely pleased with all of the work. The owner, Mike and the foreman, Scott personally oversaw all of the work. The salesman, Duane , provided detailed descriptions of exactly what would be done along with detailed price quotes. The workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I had another contractor at the house after the job was done and he commented on what a great job they did on the front portico.

I called Allphase to take a look at my roof. The person showed up on time and performed the inspection. He found storm damage and showed me pictures from the damaged areas. He recommended I contact the insurance company, which I did, and they approved the replacement. Allphase gave me the options for the materials and did not try to up sell. They scheduled the replacement, showed up on time, and cleaned up when they left. It was a smooth transaction.

I called to get an estimate on roof repair. The appointment was made and the rep came on time. He was very professional, used care on climbing on the roof, etc. He said he had the info needed and was going back to their office to get the estimate prepared. They would call when done. I waited 2 days and got no call so I called the office. They said the rep was in the field, they would call him so he could get back to me. It never happened. This was 3 weeks or so ago. I probably would have used them, but they never let me know the estimate was. Poor practice.

The whole experience with All Phase was a pleasure. They were prompt to return phone calls and kept appointments. Jenny and Josh came out initially to work up an estimate. A few days later they came back with well written estimates for all the work that we would like to have done. They showed us before and after photos of other local jobs the company had done and discussed the differences in the the roofing styles. We had also received estimates for siding, gutters and windows. They were very thorough and patient while we asked lots of questions. They left us with the estimates and waited for us to call them. There was never any high pressure sales techniques. At this time, we were only able to do the roof, but will call All Phase when we are ready to do the rest of the home improvements. When the actual roofing crew showed up, they were very professional and considerate of us, our vehicles and our dogs. They were a group of extremely hard working men. They cleaned up in the rain at almost dark and were back here early the next morning to finish up. The roof looks great! We did get other estimates for the roof; All Phase had the best price and the best service.

Excellent! After getting estimates from three companies, All Phase was selected based on their reputation, knowledge and experience. Very quickly Mike had crews on the job. The first phase involved Felipe and Martin Perez who are phenomenal craftsmen. We were always introduced to everyone who worked on this project from beginning to end. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Mike would arrive early every morning to monitor the progress. His attention to detail and suggestions as the work progressed were great. All Phase did an excellent job; good quality work and reasonably priced. We are very satisfied and have been getting numerous compliments from neighbors on the finished product. We're looking forward to them returning for roof replacement. Mike, Duane and everyone at All Phase....thank you for our "new house"!

I installed a new french door myself, but was not comfortable repairing the siding, fixing the j-channel and flashing. I also wasn't sure the proper way to seal it to prevent future water damage. I contacted a few companies, though none seemed to want to do a small job. I contacted All Phase and explained my situation. They were prompt in getting me a quote the very same day I called them. All Phase worked with me on the price, and the service was performed the very next morning. The man who came to perform the work was very professional. The work he performed was flawless. Excellent. The dreaded roof leak finally happened. I contacted three companies for estimates. Duane Brewer of All Phase responded immediately and after discussing my options with him, I selected All Phase based on their knowledge and reputation. They gave me a competetive bid based on top quality materials. They were very helpful in dealing with my insurance company. Since I had never been through this process before, it was great having Duane help us through it. All questions were answered accurately and promptly. Ann was always available for any office information or support.

I actually expected to find some debris after the job, but there was none. The men were great. And the gutter covers were also replaced due to hail damage. Everything is actually better than before. After a hailstorm last fall (2010), All Phase Exteriors was going door to door in my neighborhood with their business card. Suspicious by nature, I went to Angies List and looked them up. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had very good ratings. We subsequently hired them to replace our damaged roof. Once we got around the flakiness of an employee (who's no longer there), we had no problem. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. They worked with our insurance company so that we did not have to pay a deductible. (The dollar amount involved was about $7800.) Our roof is beautiful. My only (minor) quibble is that we're still finding the occasional roofing nail in our yard.
