Description of Work: We discovered that we had a roof leak and All Phase came out to look at it. This was one of the ONLY companies that responded to my husband's call because people were so busy with the Hail Damage repairs from April. They quickly looked and the damage, explained that it was due to wind, not hail and suggested that we contact our Warranty Company to see if the work was covered. Since the warranty was already out, we had to pay for it ourselves. I relaly appreciated their care and attention to detail. They were VERY reasonably priced too.

+ 0 moreOverall a great experience - these people are very professional and take their reputation very seriously. A few minor snafus around material were immediately addressed and no charge to me and overall the work was performed very well. I would definitely recommend this company, they were extremely competitive on price too. My house is a single-story ranch, about 3000 square feet. Gutters, gutter covers and new roof was about 13k all in. Ask for Jenny as your sales rep, she was TOP NOTCH.
Description of Work: All Phase replaced my roof with a CertainTeed shingle, replaced my gutters and installed Leaf-X gutter guard system.

From there I went through the process of getting payment from my insurance company. Within two days I had the check and they came out to do the roofing repairs. They did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with their work. The entire process took less than a week.

+ 2 moreAll Phase representative Duane Brewer and onsite supervisor Mike Monroe made several visits to measure, discuss, and evaluate the job requirements. They provided numerous samples and solicited detailed feedback before submitting a clear and comprehensive proposal. Per my request, I received timely status updates regarding the ordering and delivery of the building materials. I was introduced to the work crew, and Mr. Monroe visited the site every day during the project to monitor the progress and address building details, including various unforeseen issues. Work began by 7:00 a.m. every day except Sunday, and concluded by 6:00 p.m. Felipe and Martin Perez performed the majority of the work, executing their tasks resourcefully, efficiently, and with careful attention to every detail. In fact, attention to detail could be considered the hallmark of the entire project; All Phase clearly maintains a well-coordinated and well-run organization. The project began on time, was executed according to plan, and completed within budget. I am entirely pleased with the outcome and have received numerous compliments from my neighbors and passing strangers on the finished result, thanks to Mike's excellent aesthetic sensibilities, and Felipe and Martin's superb craftsmanship. I look forward to working again with All Phase on future remodeling projects.

+ 1 moreWe had a large lamp fall on the house which punctured a hole through the roof and the socket underneath. Some of the guttering on the house was torn too. They did a fine job. They did everything on time. They cleaned up afterward and we were real happy with them.
Description of Work: We used All Phase Exteriors Inc about six months ago to replace the decking, the tar paper on the shingling, did the gutters and the vinyl underneath.

+ -1 moreThe salesman agreed to come out on a Saturday to give an estimate on replacing our roof. He talked to my husband. I later called him and mentioned that the replacement was due to hail damage and that State Farm would cover the cost. At this point, he said that they didn't come out to give estimates as they worked directly with State Farm and charged what State Farm's adjuster estimated. He was emphatic that this was the normal procedure. When I told him this did not sound right, he finally agreed to come out and give an estimate. However, I called State Farm after this conversation and found out that the information he gave me was incorrect. State Farm said that they would never pay based on what their own adjusters estimated, nor would they pay without having the roofer make an estimate and submit a contract. Since I live in SC and this company is out of NC, State Farm went to the trouble of contacting a NC State Farm agent just to verify that the NC offices didn't handle things as All Phase had told me. They confirmed that the information All Phase gave was incorrect. I felt that the company was not being honest. State Farm cautioned me about using them. So, I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Also, they seemed somewhat unethical as they offered me a discount to cover the cost of my insurance deductible. No other roofing companies refuse to give estimates.
Description of Work: I chose not to use this company as they appeared to be unethical and refused to come to my home and give an estimate on replacing the roof once they learned that it was covered by insurance.

+ -1 moreI contacted All Phase Exteriors to replace damaged "wrap" on the exterior of the garage. I received the proposal on May 6 and was told it would be done Wednesday or Thursday of the next week "depending on the rain", but no later than Friday. Friday came and went with no contact from the company. I heard from Scott on Tuesday, May 17 and said they could get it done Wednesday or Thursday of that week, but Friday at the latest "depending on the weather." It's Monday, May 23, the garage is still not completed and I have not heard anything else from the company. I understand about the weather, but the lack of scheduling and promise of two different times with no follow through is unacceptable. I will not be using this company and will find someone else to do the work in a timely manner.
Description of Work: No work was performed. Received proposal and promises to have damaged "wrap" around exterior garage replaced.

Description of Work: All Phase provided an estimate and worked directly with the insurance (Met-Life Auto & Home) adjuster. This was great. After everything was arranged, they removed the old shingles and installed the new roof within two days. They also replaced a broken attic fan and and installed an additional attic fan at my request (for which I paid).

+ -1 moreI requested a free estimate visit while researching Allphase and other companies online. I visited some homes in my neighborhood which AllPhase had done roof replacements for. I alos watched them work on 1 or 2 of these replacements. Their reps came out, verified my damage and recommended I contact our insurance company to have their own estimator check my roof...which I did. At first, I wasn't sure of the complete process it takes to get all the paperwork done correctly but the advise/guidance from the insurance company's estimator dovetailed with the advise I received from AllPhase. In my opinion, Allphase was very professional in their scheduling, paperwork and most importantly, the quality of work provided. The roof replacement was done in 1 day and they cleaned up all materials/scraps after completion. They also handled our interior popcorn ceiling damage (also part of the insurance claim) which was done nicely in an afternoon by some excellent painters. I'm the type of person that delivers quality/professional work in my own business and I expect nothing less from companies I contract to do work for me...such as AllPhase. They met and exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the job; therefore, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing the same repairs I had done.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my roof coming into a closet. I contact this company for an estimate. I was satisfied with the initial estimate but it actually took 4 trips/repairs to finally figure out where it was leaking at verses coming in. This company did work with me as far as pricing since it took a number of visits to finally fix the leak. I liked the fact thaat all employees were willing to help however they could to get my repairs done correctly.

We had two previous unbiased reviews and neither suggested anything more than normal wear and tear for our 14 year-old roof. All Phase gave short attention to discussion about quality of their products, choosing to focus on benefit that we could get from our insurance company. They didn't come across as very ethical.

+ 0 moreOverall I am very pleased with the quality and price of both the new roof and the gutter covers along with the workmanship and materials. I am a very detailed person and had lots of questions before I decided to go with Allphase. They were patient with all my questions and specified everything that we agreed to in the job contract. This approach plus the warranties offered with their products made me feel comfortable in selecting them as the contractor for this job. We have some smaller tasks that we are now asking them to do a quote for too.
Description of Work: We had two companies quote on our roof replacement job. In addition, we also had gutter covers quoted. Mike, from Allphase, came to our home, climbed up on top of the roof and then provided a very detailed job estimate for both tasks. The company offers a good warranty on their workmanship in addition to the warranty provided by the manufacturer(s). (shingles and gutters) Mike and the owner both showed up on the morning that the job started to brief the work crew on all that had been specified in the job estimate. This included straightening out some "waviness" in the roof due to bad decking and some structural issues too. The work crew was very dilligent in their work and was led by a knowledgeable team leader who spoke to me several times about the progress of the work during the two days they were on site. The work crew was very careful when tearing off the old shingles and in the cleanup after the job was completed. There was one small mishap where a porch railing was slightly damaged but Allphase took care of this quickly and "self-reported" the damage without my saying anything to them.

+ 0 moreThe quote wasn?t for a full siding and roofing job but was just for some repair on the roof which was may be around $2000. The siding was for some dormers and for some areas on the roof. My experience with them was fine. The only issue I had with them was that I wanted to have a sit down explanation about the estimate and what they offered but they didn?t want to do both. My wife and I were here. They did e-mail me the estimate. They are not bad. I might use their services again.

+ -1 moreI was disappointed with this companies business practices while being portrayed as a company with reputable business practices.
Description of Work: I called the company to request an estimate to replace my roof. Upon my initial call, I informed the receptionist I have authorization and a check in hand from the Insurance Company. I was then told that I needed to be home in order to receive an estimate for roof replacement. Mr. Brewer (Sales Manager) explained that I would need to supply him with the Insurance Company's Estimate for him to complete his estimate. I refused to provide him with the numbers and Insurance Documentation so ALLPHASE could obtain the most monies available from the Insurance Claims Department provided to replace the roof. I disagree with this business practice and think of it as unscrupulous. I understood their position on this matter as follows: - Advertise in neighborhoods where Insurance claims have been filled and paid out. - Provide customer incentive of discounted price on roof replacement, in order to obtain another Job. - This Company does not supply the customer with a cost estimate, but rather uses the Insurance Claims Department’s estimate so the roofers can charge the most for roof replacement .This business practice of inflating the price of job completion is less than moral. - The roofing company inflates the profit margin, and offers the customer the incentive of not having to pay deductible, which ultimately inflates our Insurance premiums, thus costing the customer more money in the long run. - The business practice of Local Service Companies that continue to boost their profits margins with this immoral treatment of Insurance Funds, will continue to grow , which will continue to boost our Insurance premiums, ultimately ending in further government control and laws implemented to prevent the end user of products from being subjected to additional unseen costs yet to come. The optics of this practice can be interpreted in multiple ways. The Roofing Company is providing the consumer a favor by replacing the roof with little or no money out of customer’s pocket used to pay the original agreed upon deductible. The Roofing Company uses immoral practices to supplement their bottom line by inflating the price for the Insurance Company and not explaining the entire truth of Roofer’s motives or agenda.

+ 1 moreWe had hail damage to our roof and Russ worked with us to contact the insurance company and get an estimate. When the adjuster came out to look at our roof, Russ came also and talked with him about what they were going to do and the cost. We only had to pay our deductable and we chose architectural shingles, so that was an additional cost. The whole roof cost was about $6,500.00 (Our cost was $1,700.00) The roof itself took one day with a crew of about 6-7 men. My husband used to be a carpenter and had done many roofs in the past. He watched them work and decided they were one of the best roofing crews he'd ever seen. They cleaned up when they were done and our roof is beautiful. We would definitely use them again, should we need any roof, window or siding work done.
