 + 0 moreIt went very good! He did not pressure us to do things his way but tried to do the things I wanted and would offer different ways how it could be completed. Lots of time in a less expensive way without jeaprodizing the quality! He kept us informed and completed each project in the time frame he gave us. He always cleaned the job site at the end of each work day and was very timely in completing both projects. He would let me know when he would need certain items with enough time to have on site for completion. My husband and I have confidence in his work and highly recommend Dan for any construction projects.
Description of Work: He along with others built our house start to finish; starting mid Sept 2006 and finished Mar 2007. We had a second project he completed for us Dec. 2014. We had a bedroom added in the attic. We are very satisfied with his work on both projects. If we ever have anymore construction, it will be Dan Vaden, again.

 + -1 moreContractor was meticulous in measurements, a perfectionist in the finished product, always on schedule and on time, neat and tidy, and pricing was comparable with other quotes. Will definitely hire for future projects.
Description of Work: Repaired cracks in numerous walls because of structural settling. Repaired and replaced baseboards and crown moldings. Installed Bead Board on an extremely damaged wall. Designed and installed decorative ceiling grids.
