Very well. They were able to handle my issues promptly, did them right and charges were very reasonable. One time I thought I need a rear taillight replaced. I purchased the part from Toyota and gave them to replace. They informed me late it did not need to be replaced. That is being honest and trustworthy. Not many auto shops would do that.

Aways a pro. They are honest and always call if they find anything that is important or will change the price quoted. Walker has talked me out of or into waiting on things I wanted done that weren't needed or could safely wait. They always let me know what is needed or will be needed in the near future. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Always goes well. Have had multiple repairs and routine auto maintenance done.

Went great. Walker spent in inordinate amount of time working to get our car road worthy without breaking our budget. Worked out a creative but safe solution to get my kids back on the road.

Contact Railside the the suggestion of a friend. Talked with Walker and was given an est over the phone for the replacement of Front Brakes pads and rotors. The estimate was in a range that was lower that several other auto companies in the area.
Drop off car with and hours notice and they were able to complete the job in few hours. No issues noted so far with any of the involved equipement.
One thing to note. When Walker quoted me the price of the rotors he under estimated how much they were. But he maintained his orginal quote and proformed the job with out any issues.

Brought car in because the automatic climate control system was cycling between modes and not allowing manual override. Walker (the owner) personally performed the troubleshooting. He used a very logical diagnostic approach, and I felt comfortable that he had reached the correct conclusion. This was important to me because the part that needed to be replaced was very expensive.
The system has worked correctly ever since.

Estimate was prepared and work scheduled. All work was completed on scheduled date and was completely satisfactory.

Had a car lowered (infiniti G37xS) and Walker did the alignment.
He did a great job and the price was unexpectedly low.
The alignment was so good, I could even feel the difference in handling.
Lucky to have found someone that can be trusted to do a great job on your car and NOT rip you off.

My F150 blew out a spark plug ( I was not aware this would even happen) which caused immediate power loss and a horrendous noise. Expecting the worst, I called Rail Side Auto and inquired about engine rebuilds/replacement. Walker correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and allayed my fears. He replaced all eight spark plugs per my request and the associated ignition coil under his initial estimate. This final price was even under other estimates for replacing only the spark plugs from other shops! I am so pleased that he has all my future business even though he is a little farther from my home than I would like. I feel honesty and competence in a mechanic are rare and combined with reasonable, fair prices is near impossible to find. Its a shame all businesses are not operated as Rail Side Auto is operated.

The work was performed in the allotted time for slightly less than the estimated cost. The car was returned in a clean condition, and ran well. Walker showed me the old manifold so that I could see where the leak was.

The workers are really nice. The owner is very nice and he gets the job done as quickly as he can. He seems to get the best price. He works fast and he seems very honest.
