Description of Work: My entry way was to be repaired of rot. The wood work was OK but they could not find a trim piece that matched the original so we were left with a flat unfinished edge. The base of the work was not sealed to the brick so I needed to seal the joints myself and the seams that had been caulked were painted too soon and pilled up. When my wife told them it was not up to our standards it was shrugged off. I had a new company come fix the work.

Description of Work: Repaired shingles on roof over my sunroom. Shingles had blown up in a wind/rain storm. Repair was made promptly, worker arrived on time, handled repair, cleaned up, and blew leaves and trash out of gutters. Very happy with the result.

Description of Work: I did not use these guys...just did some inquiring and got an estimation. I thought the estimate was too high for just replacing a small set of steps for a an average sized deck. The money they wanted (around five hundred and some dollars), I felt it was best to take it and invest in having my entire deck redone which is what I did and I did not use them.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANY MONEY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DO ANY WORK (EVEN THOUGH THEY SPENT ALMOST AN HOUR HERE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM). I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: I CONTACTED THEM TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON FIXING A LEAK IN THE ROOF. BY USING A GARDEN HOSE, THEY DETERMINED THAT THE ROOF WAS FINE, THE ACTUAL PROBLEM WAS A WINDOW ON THE SECOND FLOOR.

THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE PLYWOOD ALTHOUGH I ASKED THEM TO, NOW WE ARE TOLD BY OUR GUTTER CLEANER THAT THE ROOF IS UNSAFE TO WALK ON AS IT IS VERY SOFT. THE ENTIRE ROOF LIKELY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. BTR REFUSES TO RETURN MY PHONE CALLS OR LOOK AT THE PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR WEEKS. IF YOU NEED A ROOF, AND WANT A WARRANTY, YOU WOULD BE WISE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.

ALSO SIGNIFICANT WAS A PROFOUND LACK OF ENGLISH SPOKEN BY ANY/ALL OF THE CREW MEMBERS WHO PERFORMED THE LABOR, WHICH MADE IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE CONCERNS. AFTER THE INITIAL WORK WAS COMPLETED, WE HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK OUT SEVERAL TIMES: TO PERFORM ADDITIONAL YARD CLEAN-UP.
