It took 2 weeks longer than anticipated, but BTR did an amazing job replacing a section of the damaged gutter. The gutter finally draws water away instead of into the soffits!

The company rep. was early and checked out the leak thoroughly. He told me that I needed a new roof and explained some different options. Then he went up on the roof, measured, and returned with an estimate. The estimate is broken down into what they will do, along with cost and is easy to understand. I am still checking with other companies but felt very comfortable with BTR, so I may use them if the price turns out to be competitive.

The roofer was on time and was polite. I'm not able to determine how good a job was done until there has been some heavy rain.

The experience was pain free. I was able to get an estimate very quickly. It took a few weeks to have the work scheduled but the delay was explained to me. The men came to perform the work as scheduled. They were friendly and professional. My only complaint would be the website and Angie's List both state the company accepts credit card payments however when I called to make my payment, I was told they did not accept credit card payments. Otherwise a great experience and I would recommend this company again.

The salesman spent 2 1/2 hours explaining everything about getting a new roof. The workers didn't waste time, cleaned daily, and cleaned thoroughly at the end of the job. They were polite and did the job right, not sloppily. No one smoked, either.

Fantastic! They came exactly when they said they would and did a great job. I wish all contractors were as honest and did a good quality job like BTR.

I was given repair options and pricing with a thorough explanation of the difference. I was so pleased they got my repair scheduled within the week- before the rains started again. Water damage if not corrected can be costly. Repairs done before any further problems occurred. No debris from the roof repair was left for me to clean up. Terrific! They even gave me a roof inspection and cleaned the gutters for a very reasonable price. Thank you, again. Great job.

They were very dependable, fair in their pricing, and responsive since we needed to expedite the work due to a pending closing of the property. They ensured it all went successfully, provided a written estimate, and did everything they could to assist. I will definitely contact them in the future for any other work on our properties.

My vinyl siding was never put on properly by the builder. BTR came out to provide an estimate on the fixes required. He was really great! He gave me an estimate ($10,000) and also did a free inspection of the roof where he found more defects as well as recommending some maintenance to prevent the roof from leaking ($1,000 estimate). He explained everything and showed me everything. I intend to hire BTR for the roof fixes but will follow their advice (leave the siding alone) on the siding. Thanks BTR!

Multiple phone messages and emails on the roof replacement request were never returned. This was especially disappointing as I have been a customer of their firm in the past, and their previous work was satisfactory.

Very nice people. Were very fast about assessing the situation & then fixing it.

Much debris had collected in the gutters of our home. BTR came out and cleaned the gutters. They came out on time and the job was quickly completed.

Overall this company was very pleasant to work with. I met with Dennis Baker. Dennis was very knowledgeable. He arrived early to the house for an estimate, but called me ahead of time. My roof had outlived its usefulness plus there was excessive damage due to squirrels. What I appreciated the most was their prompt response to my problem. They were busy this time of year but they managed to fit me in, especially since the rain would be coming very soon. My problem was pretty severe, I was looking at my ceiling being flooded if it rained again. I did get a phone call from Dennis assuring me that they would do whatever they could to take care of the problem before the rain started. The crew arrived twenty minutes early. They were done that same day. The rain came the next day! They also replaced and painted some damaged siding - see next report. Clean up was great, it was as if they were never there. Overall very happy. You can tell this group takes pride in their service.

Again, same group who replaced my flat roof. Overall experience was pleasant. Had excessive damage from killer squirrels. In the process of replacing the top and bottom three boards the boards in between had fallen apart. Those boards were replaced at no additional charge. The crew did both the flat roof and the siding in one day. I also like the fact that they painted the siding in addition to doing the carpentry. Had someone else come out for an estimate and that service was not offered.

The work was completed professionally. An additional charge of $665 was charged with the majority of the amount applied to new siding. Home owners should inquire about any siding damaged during shingle removal or installation and have the possibility of extra payment be noted on the contract. The additional amount placed BTR above other companies we contacted.

REPAIRED AREA THAT WAS LEAKING TO HOUSE, IT HASN'T RAINED SINCE, SO I'M NOT FOR SURE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THERE IS A 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON WORKMANSHIP. I AM NOT REALLY FAMILIAR WITH THIS TYPE OF WORK BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE OVERPRICED BUT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PROMPT RESPONSE AND PROFESSIONALISM.

VERY GOOD. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY POLITE AND THOROUGH. WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK, WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY WERE THERE UNTIL THE DOG BARKED AT THE TRUCK IN THE DRIVEWAY. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

MY ROOF IS ABOUT 15 YEARS OLD, AND I HAD BTR DO A TUNE UP TO KEEP FROM HAVING TO PUT A NEW ROOF ON FOR A FEW MORE YEARS. DENNIS CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT THE ROOF AND TOLD ME HE COULD DO THE TUNE UP FOR $450. DENNIS WAS GOOD TO TALK TO AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME THE CONDITION OF MY ROOF. BTR CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

THE PRICE FOR THIS JOB WAS WITHIN A FEW DOLLARS OF THE OTHER THREE ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED. THIS COMPANY WAS CHOSEN BECAUSE THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH. THE PERSON IN THE OFFICE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE CREW WAS POLITE. THE JOB WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS WITHOUT MUCH DISRUPTION TO OUR SCHEDULES. THE RESULT IS STUNNING. CLEAN UP WAS NOT QUITE UP TO OUR STANDARD. THE CREW WAS MESSY AND LEFT TOO MUCH IN THE YARD.

EXCELLENT, STARTED ON TIME, WORKED HARD UNTIL DONE AND CLEANED UP COMPLETELY.

THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE, THOROUGH. BROKE THE ESTIMATE INTO MULTIPLE ITEMS SO I COULD CHOOSE WHAT I WANTED DONE. CAME OUT AND COMPLETED THE WORK AND CLEANED UP WELL.

THEY TOLD ME TO JUST GO AHEAD AND USE SOMEONE ELSE. THEY COULDN'T PROVIDE ME WITH ANY PRICING, BECAUSE THE OFFICE DIDN'T HAVE MY LINEAR FOOTAGE, NOR DID THE ESTIMATOR. THEY WON'T BE FLEXIBLE AND COME AFTER 3 TO CHECK THE ROOF. I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I WANT TO GET THE JOB DONE, AND THIS COMPANY HAD HIGH RATINGS ON THE LIST.

THEY WERE GREAT, I HAVE USED THEM TWICE ALREADY.

THE SALESMAN, DENNIS BAKER, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FILLED ME IN ON A FEW ''SHORT CUTS'' THAT OTHER ROOFERS OFTEN USE. HE KEPT ME WELL-INFORMED OF THEIR WORK SCHEDULE, WHICH WAS AFFECTED BY A LOT OF RAIN AT THE TIME. THE JOB WAS STARTED AND COMPLETED EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, AND WHILE WE WERE ON VACATION, SO IT TURNED OUT TO BE A VERY STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE. WHEN I CALLED ABOUT A PIECE OF SHINGLE LEFT HANGING FROM A TREE AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED, BTR SENT SOMEONE OUT PROMPTLY TO TAKE CARE OF IT. BTR'S PRICE WAS ALSO SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN QUOTES FROM TWO OTHER ROOFING COMPANIES.

I DID NOT APPRECIATE THEM DISCUSSING THE CAPABILITIES OF OTHER COMPANIES. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY WERE OK, BUT I DID NOT LIKE THAT ASPECT.
